Meet your Teacher

Cecilia is a global yoga teacher, leading retreats, workshops, summits and supporting individuals as well as entrepreneurs to require their nervous systems to step into a state of ease and deep self trust. Coming from a background in psychology and mental health, she is dedicated to helping you alleviate stress and create space in your body, mind and nervous system so you can create change in the world. In addition to supporting people 1:1, Cecilia leads international retreats, teaches on yoga teacher trainings, hosts online summits, and runs courses and workshops focused on empowering people to transform stress and anxiety into calm resilience.

Listening To The Body's Wisdom

In this session, you’ll explore how to resensitise to your body and rebuild a sense of safety within it. We’ll look at how hypersensitivity and disconnection can affect your relationship with your body — and how conscious awareness helps you shift from survival mode into a deeper sense of aliveness. By reconnecting with the body in this way, you also open the door to a healthier relationship with your emotions, creating space for conscious action rather than automatic reaction.

Today we’ll explore how each inhale and exhale subtly influences your nervous system — activating either energy or calm. By learning to work with your breath, you’ll discover how to consciously shift your state, whether you need to feel more energised or more tranquil. This practice builds a sense of agency, showing you that even in moments of stress or overwhelm, your breath is a powerful tool to bring you back into balance.
