Welcome,

My name is Chichilia.

I wanted to talk today about something that's been coming up for me a lot over the last few months,

And it's a sense of flow.

You could think of it as an extended flow state,

One where it feels like everything is working out exactly as it should be.

You're always ending up in the right places,

Somehow always meeting the exact people you need to,

As if it's all working out in perfect timing.

This is exactly what I've been feeling over the last few months,

And it's been incredible.

It almost feels like magic.

Maybe you've experienced it before too.

It got me thinking about how I got to that point,

Because it certainly wasn't always like that.

In fact,

I'd even gone through periods where it always felt like things were not working out,

And it was very frustrating.

So what shifted?

I'd have to say it was trust.

It was letting go of the idea that there was always one singular destination and path that I needed to follow,

And instead opening myself up to possibilities.

Trusting that whatever happens,

I can always make it work out for the best,

Because I truly trust in myself and my abilities.

Now the question becomes,

How do you develop that deep sense of trust?

Because it's one thing to say it,

And another to actually feel it and live it.

And in all honesty,

There's no magic fix.

It's developed over time.

It's developed through picking yourself up after disappointment.

Through resilience.

It's developed through a daily practice,

One that works for you,

Whether that's meditation,

Breath practices or yoga.

Through connection with the body,

So that your body truly feels like home.

One thing that's been coming through for me too,

Is that it's developed through a healthy nervous system,

And being able to tend to that every day.

To know what brings you back to centre,

And to actively practice that.

To create space for that to happen each day,

So that as you make decisions,

You're not making them for a place of scarcity and fear of choosing the wrong one,

But instead trusting that whatever you choose,

You'll know how to make it work.

Trusting that when you can't see the path ahead,

You don't need to know the next 10 steps,

Just the next one.

And step by step,

You'll end up exactly where you need to go.

So I invite you today to think about,

What is it that brings me home to myself?

What is it that makes me feel centred?

How can I incorporate more of that into my day?

What decisions do I need to make,

And how can I intuitively feel into what is best today,

And trust what flows from there?
