You’ll learn how to listen lightly, in a relaxed and spacious way, as we explore a simple and gentle perspective on why habits appear. This session also shares a little of Becca’s own story and introduces P.E.E.P — a soft way of looking that will support you throughout the course.

Feelings, Sensations And Why Habits Form

This lesson explores how every habit begins with a feeling or a thought that simply “rocks up.” We look at why discomfort is misread by the system, how the mind tries to protect us, and why none of this is personal. You’ll begin to see that habits are not driven by weakness, but by an innocent misunderstanding of normal human feeling.

The Loop And How Habits Actually Run

This lesson looks at the simple loop that keeps habits in place. We explore how the mind reacts to discomfort, why the habit offers temporary relief, and how triggers are often misunderstood.
