Meet your Teacher

Becca Gardner, a Certified Change Coach, resides in the Cotswolds with her husband and two children. Alongside her passion for walking and entertaining friends, she enjoys holidaying and going to the theatre. Having tried various modalities in search of relief from anxiety, including counselling, meditation, and CBT, Becca found herself trapped in a cycle of temporary solutions. Her journey led her to a profound understanding, which she now shares with others. Becca is dedicated to helping individuals tap into their innate health and resilience. She guides others in transforming their relationship with their minds, offering an alternative approach to mental health. It is such an exciting and fresh approach that she believes it is the missing piece everyone needs in their life.
