Are you living with a constant background level of stress, always on the go and rushing from one thing to the next? Do you find yourself juggling many roles and responsibilities, moving from one deadline to another, yet never quite feeling fulfilled? Perhaps you look forward to comfort food or a drink at the end of the day just to relax enough to face it all again in the morning. Maybe Sunday nights bring a familiar sense of dread, mornings feel heavy and unmotivated, and you often feel tired, anxious, irritable, low, or exhausted. You might sense that something is missing in your life and wonder why happiness seems to elude you, even though you’ve done everything you were told would bring it. At times, it may even feel as though life is passing you by. If some or all of this resonates, this course is for you. Life does not need to feel this way. I’ve been there—I’ve bought that T-shirt. I’m now in a much brighter place, where I’ve rediscovered a love of life along with greater health, happiness, and fulfilment. You can find this place too, and I have a map to help guide you there. Hello, I’m Eilís. I’m a mindfulness meditation teacher, yoga instructor, and life coach, and I would be delighted to support you on your path toward more calm, peace, and ease. In this course, I’ll guide you through the fundamental concepts of mindfulness and help you establish a sustainable daily meditation practice that supports real change in everyday life. The course includes an exploration of core mindfulness principles and mindful living, practical guidance for starting and maintaining a meditation practice, and reflective prompts designed to deepen learning and self-awareness. The course begins with an orientation, Mindfulness as a Map – Set the Compass, followed by Ways to Awareness, The Guide Posts, and Practicing the Pause. You’ll then explore Being in the Body, Keeping Kind in Mind, and Compassion and Companions, before moving into It’s All Up to You! and finally The Journey Ahead.
