What you will need: Pen and journal, yoga block (optional) a positive mind and the willingness to create the best version of you!


Meet your Teacher

Keris is a Yoga and meditation teacher, as well as an empowerment coach for moms. She completed her yoga training in Bali, Indonesia, with Zuna Yoga and her meditation training in New York City with Yogi Charu. Keris lives in Virginia with her husband and three children. As a lifelong learner and yoga practitioner, Keris continues to share her love for yoga and meditation with mothers worldwide. She believes that every mom deserves support, love, and the ability to prioritize self-care, regardless of the phase of life she is going through. Being a mother can be challenging, but it is the most beautiful blessing, and every mother should experience that. The Mindful Mama: 5 Days to Recharge Your Mind & Body course will help you in whatever phase of motherhood you are in - whether it is struggling with the newborn stage, finding time for yourself, or simply trying to calm the chaos. Pause And Breathe; Your 5 Minutes To Calm

Today is all about finding the pause, being mindful of your breath, and creating the calm you deserve. Your goal is to reset your mind and set the tone for your week with a few simple breaths to help calm your nervous system and an intention for the week. You will need a light yoga block or book, a pen and notebook, and a comfortable place to sit.

Gratitude In The Chaos

Today, you will shift your mindset to focus on gratitude. Gratitude is a powerful tool for increasing joy and reducing stress. It helps you stay present and positive, even on challenging days. Before starting this meditation, write down three things you're grateful for today.

Mindful Movement & Tension Release

Engage your body and mind with intentional movement; yoga! I will guide you through a series of yoga poses to release any tension in your body. Remember to breathe slowly and mindfully. The yoga poses will be followed by a meditation focusing on creating a calm, equal breath.

Unlock Deep Restorative Rest With Yoga Nidra

Prepare for the perfect balance to rest and reset. In this yoga nidra meditation practice, you can lie down on your yoga mat or even in your bed. If you fall asleep during this practice, no worries; you might need the rest. Yoga Nidra takes you into a state of conscious relaxation, where your body gets the deep rest it craves while your mind stays calm, helping to reduce stress and anxiety in your nervous system.

Reflect & Recharge

Reflecting helps solidify the positive changes and allows you to plan how to integrate mindfulness into your daily routine moving forward. Use this meditation anytime motherhood feels heavy or you need a quick mental break. Although this is the last day, your meditation journey is a continual journey. Use the momentum you've created to continue creating the life of motherhood that you've dreamed of.
