Bell Begin by finding a nice comfortable seat,
Closing your eyes and allowing the body to completely relax.
The muscles in the face soften,
The shoulder blades release down the back,
Finding complete stillness.
Now become aware of your breath at the nose.
On inhale the breath gently flows in,
And on exhale the breath gently flows out.
Inhaling the breath flows in,
And exhaling the breath flows out.
Just continuing here to notice your breath without forcing it,
Allowing your breath to be natural.
Maybe just mentally sing to yourself in as you inhale and out as you exhale,
Following the flow of your breath.
The breath flows in and the breath flows out.
The breath is steady and calm,
It flows with ease.
On the next breath you take mentally repeat to yourself the following mantra,
I am filled with life.
With each breath mentally repeating the mantra,
I am filled with life.
I am filled with life.
Go ahead and repeat this mantra three more times to yourself,
I am filled with life.
As the breath flows with ease,
The breath is also at peace.
Begin to take a nice deep inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Allow the lips to close here,
Bringing your palms to touch at heart center.
Recealing in your practice with much love,
Much life and much positive energy.
