Lesson 1

Nurturing A Mindset Shift

Today's lesson is all about examining what kind of mindset we have developed towards our period pain and how we may nurture a shift that is more self-compassionate. Can we be with the fact that we are in pain, first and foremost, without any avoidance, resistance, anger, or exasperation? Once we can witness and behold our pain, can we attend to ourselves with understanding, caring, and support? You may be surprised at how your pain will shift once you begin to hold more space for it.

Lesson 2

Gifting A Voice To Our Pain

Pain does not need to be a stagnant and localized experience. It can be a living, moving experience. One of the ways in which we can transform our period pain is through vocalizations and the breath. In today's lesson, we explore how we can mindfully express our period pain. Through meditation, we can begin to follow the path of the period pain as it travels through the body, and help express it more fully so that it may move and transform.

Lesson 3

From Your Body, To The Earth Body

There is an inherent downward motion of the blood and body during our period. To stop this flow of motion is to introduce blockage and restriction, and this can cause pain. In today's lesson, we'll learn how to increase our awareness of the organs involved in our period and through meditation, soften and open up our wombs to encourage flow. We will ground into the Earth body in an intimate, loving way to encourage blood flow during your period.

Pain As A Portal To Wild Serenity

Period pain can heartbreaking, devastating, and terrifying in its extremes. To be able to nurture a practice where we can meet the pain with all of our heart and soul is to commune with the deepest layers of our being.
