Through practical teachings, reflective prompts, and gentle guided practices, students learn how to listen to their inner signals, honor their natural pace, and choose themselves in small but meaningful ways. This course helps students recognize patterns of urgency, self-override, and self-abandonment, and offers tools to respond with greater presence, clarity, and care. You’ll explore how to stay with yourself in the space between where you are and where you’re going, including the often uncomfortable moment before things begin to feel better. By the end of this course, students will have a clearer understanding of how to: • Slow down without guilt • Build trust in their inner guidance • Stay present during uncertainty • Make aligned, self-honoring choices in everyday life • Practice self-love as a lived, repeatable skill This course is suitable for anyone seeking a more compassionate, intentional relationship with themselves, particularly during periods of change or transition.
