Oliver started his journey with Reiki 12 years ago, first seeking it as a path for self-healing. This later developed into integrating Reiki into his work with one-on-one clients, in person & online, for the past 8 years and teaching his particular lineage of Usui Reiki for the last 4. Oliver informs much of his professional & teaching practice from his own experience and personal studies. It has been said that he teaches as he himself heals - with feeling. Feeling is a central tenant that runs through all Oliver's training & background. His time spent in educational settings with children & teenagers with autism informed his curiosity and respect for the unique sovereign sensory experience of every individual. Taking this sensitivity further into the "body mind" is also a core teaching throughout Oliver's personal history and teachings. By embracing the sensory body and the unique divine experience that is afforded us all, we can not only liberate ourselves from old patterns but enjoy and feel worthy of the release when we do. Oliver's extensive training in bodywork informs the way in which he can guide the listener to unite their body with higher frequency energies and expressions of self. Through his varied studies, he concluded that the esoteric libraries and collective indigenous wisdom all point to one thing - you are more than just a body. In Oliver's own words "Life is a mystery worth investigating and there is only one way to do that....get living".

Lesson 1

Becoming The Bridge

“You are the spaces in between spaces”. This is a great mantra - but what does this actually mean in practice? In this session you will learn how to take an expanded state and channel it into imagining and creating solutions for your life in a divinely inspired and connected way. By returning to the sensory experience of feeling united with your soul you will learn how to capitalize on this state to reprogramme and expand your inner awareness. This session sets the groundwork and framework for future sessions in this course and is slightly longer than other sessions. Relax and fully give yourself permission to embrace and immerse yourself in the potent Reiki energy you will cultivate.

Lesson 2

Harmonisation

Sometimes to improve our situation all we need to do is bring our attention to what is - and just by being connected and observing ourselves, others, circumstances, etc. from a Soul based perspective lots of magic can begin to unfold. You will undoubtedly have skills that come to mind and areas and times of your life when you have done this before. By amplifying our awareness of this role we can play, we can come to a new level of mastery. In this session, you will learn and expand upon the subtleties that exist when we start to apply an energetic mindset to ourselves, our lives, and our gifts.

Lesson 3

Elevation

This session will help you discover how it feels to actively call upon Reiki energy to elevate your own vibration and the vibrational dynamics around you. By getting focused on what you would like to create in your life will help you focus your energy and your creative potential. A shift of perspective allows energy to rally around our intent. This means that as we start to explore and discover what we really care about, a whole host of divine forces and energies can come to land within our bodies and within our lives. Your desire to elevate is divine, this session will help you feel that so you will become more and more competent in calling it to your aid.

Lesson 4

Destruction

In this session, you will learn to ride the powerful waves of destruction and call to an end that which no longer serves you. A “No” is a powerful assertion to yourself and the universe and the ironic thing is that within every “No” is a “Yes”. The energies of Destruction & Creation are intimately linked. Ending what you no longer feel is best for you and your competence in carrying that out in a coherent and succinct way is a vital skill to develop upon your spiritual journey and also in enabling you on your creative journey. In order for you to walk a path that feels good you must learn to say “No” to paths and roads that are no longer well suited to your journey.

Lesson 5

Creation

In this session, you will learn how to amplify the powers of creativity within your being and life. Creation is a force, a wave, an intelligence of its own. One which lands within us, works with us and allows us to offer literal gifts to others and the world around us. Often however we are not so skilled at creating for our own personal enjoyment. From embracing this capacity within you, from taking yourself as the template from which you experience the universe around you - you will learn through this session to take the experience of creativity and the “feeling” of that creative force within your body out into the world. Remember…what lights you up inside will light up the world around you but we must first find the light within.

Lesson 6

Giving It Time

In this lesson, you learn the lesson of taking time. For things to align sometimes we have to take our foot off the gas. The body has been signaled to make an adjustment - to a new, brighter version of you. This causes a cascade of events. Oftentimes this can result in a period of rest. The magic often happens behind the scenes on a grand cosmic level but it also happens at the cellular level within your body. Our personality structures take time to adjust, you may even experience dreams which challenge your assumptions about yourself and the world around you. This is an important part of allowing your Soul Gifts to land within your bones and your everyday experience.

Lesson 7

Integration

Out of all the core principles within Healing and Energetics you could explore and practice, integration is by far one of the most important. It is great to have “peak” experiences with meditation & healing practices. It is even more of an achievement to integrate those experiences and feel them become part of our “baseline”. Baseline in this case meaning the way in which our body carries itself, our standard/overall setting and openness to energy, spirit and change as a force in our lives. This is an active process but you will learn in this session how to surrender even deeper into your mind, body and soul’s awesome capacity to make sense of deeper experiences and allow them to work through our inner being so that we can call upon them in the moment in day to day life.
