This 7-week course invites you into a compassionate journey of reconnecting with your inner child. Through meditation, inner parts exploration, and gentle energy practices, you’ll learn how to enter deep states of presence, meet the tender parts within, and lovingly transform them. We will use the power of meditative absorption to calm the mind, the clarity of insight practices to see and embrace the inner parts that long for healing, and simple energy-based exercises to release old patterns and awaken the heart. Each week builds upon the last, offering guided practices, reflections, and integrative exercises that help you move from awareness into transformation. By the end of the course, you’ll have a toolkit to continue supporting your inner child with love, presence, and wholeness.


Meet your Teacher

Cristal Ngo is a psychotherapist and meditation and mindfulness instructor with extensive experience supporting emotional healing and inner transformation. Her work integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy, meditation practice, and somatic awareness, with a particular focus on helping people reconnect with the inner child and restore a sense of safety, wholeness, and self-compassion. Cristal draws from contemplative traditions that cultivate deep calm and clarity of mind, alongside therapeutic approaches that work with inner dynamics and emotional patterns. She brings a grounded, gentle, and integrative perspective to her teaching, emphasizing presence, inner wisdom, and the body’s natural capacity to heal.
