Find a quiet comfortable space.

Sit with your spine straight,

Shoulders relaxed and your hands resting gently on your knees or in your lap.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Expanding your abdomen and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Allow each breath to bring you into the present moment.

Prana is the life force,

The energy that flows through every living being and all of nature.

It is the breath of life,

The vital energy that connects us to the universe and sustains us.

In this practice we will harness and guide the flow of prana through the body,

Awakening your inner power and connecting you to the divine energy within.

Allow each breath to carry you deeper into this flow,

Energizing and restoring you.

Take a moment to focus on your breath.

With each inhale,

Feel your body filling with life and energy.

With each exhale,

Release any tension or distractions.

Allow your breath to guide you into a state of relaxation and presence.

Now,

Bring your awareness to the energy of the feminine divine within.

Feel this energy as a nurturing creative force that resides deep within.

With every breath,

Allow this energy to awaken,

Expanding and filling your entire being with warmth,

Love and strength.

As if this energy is rooted deep within you,

Rising up from your foundation.

This is your inner strength,

Your creative power and your connection to the universe.

Begin by closing your left nostril with the index finger of your right hand.

Slowly inhale through your right nostril,

Filling your lungs completely with breath.

As you inhale,

Imagine that you are drawing in life force,

Energy from the cosmos into your body.

Feel the energy filling you,

Nourishing you from within.

Now,

Close both nostrils,

Gently holding the breath inside your body.

As you hold your breath,

Visualize this energy moving downward into the base of your spine,

Activating the latent energy within you like a spark of light rising up through your body.

Feel this energy moving through your body,

Awakening and energizing you.

Imagine it traveling through your entire being,

Making you feel more alive,

More connected.

Slowly exhale through your left nostril,

Releasing any tension or stagnant energy from your body.

Let go of anything that no longer serves you and feel lighter and more energized as you release the breath.

Now,

Close your right nostril with your thumb.

Inhale slowly through your left nostril,

Imagining that you are drawing in more life force and energy.

Hold your breath for a moment,

Visualizing the energy rising in your spine.

Exhale slowly through the right nostril,

Releasing any negativity and feeling grounded.

This completes one full cycle.

Repeat this cycle for a total of seven breaths,

Breathing deeply and consciously.

With each inhale,

Feel the life force entering your body.

And with each exhale,

Feel yourself releasing what no longer serves you.

Allow the breath to become steady and rhythmic,

A peaceful flow of energy.

Inhale through your right nostril.

Hold.

Exhale through your left.

Hold.

Inhale through your left nostril.

Hold.

Exhale through your right.

Inhale through your right nostril.

Hold.

Hold.

Exhale through your left.

Inhale through your left nostril.

Exhale through your right.

Inhale through your right nostril.

Hold.

Exhale through your left.

Inhale through your left nostril.

Hold.

Exhale through your right.

Inhale through your right nostril.

Hold.

Hold.

Exhale through your left.

Inhale through your left nostril.

Exhale through your right.

Feel the energy circulating through your body,

Awakening your inner power and spiritual essence.

Inhale through your right nostril.

Hold.

Exhale through your left.

Inhale through your left nostril.

Hold.

Exhale through your right.

Inhale through your right nostril.

Exhale through your left.

Inhale through your left nostril.

Exhale through your right.

Inhale through your right nostril.

Hold.

Exhale through your left.

Inhale through your left nostril.

After completing the cycles,

Sit quietly for a moment and absorb the energy you have awakened.

Feel the light,

Peace and strength within you.

Allow the breath to return to its natural rhythm,

Feeling calm,

Balanced and centered.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your surroundings.

Take a moment to feel gratitude for the energy you've connected with and the peace you've cultivated within yourself.

Gently open your eyes and carry this calm and energized feeling with you throughout your day.
