Dissolving into comfort.

Relax your hips and thighs.
Imagine them becoming fluid,
As if melting into the surface beneath you.
Your knees,
Calves and feet follow,
Growing heavier,
More relaxed,
Completely at ease.
Feel your whole body softening,
As if it is dissolving into pure light.
You are weightless,
Completely at peace.

Shift your focus to the sounds around you.
Do not judge or analyse.
Simply listen.
Allow the sounds to come to you.
Notice the subtle hum of existence,
The quiet rhythm of life.
Imagine your entire body listening.
Not just with your ears,
But with every cell.
Feel the vibrations of sound moving through you.
Sense the deep stillness beneath all sound.
Rest in this awareness.
Slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
