Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes gently allowing your body to relax into the support beneath you.

Take a deep breath in filling your lungs completely and then slowly exhale.

Let go of any tension you may be holding on to.

With each breath allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper into this moment.

Take a moment to feel the ground beneath you.

Feel how it supports you steady and unwavering.

With each breath imagine roots growing from the base of your spine extending deep into the earth.

Connecting you to something vast strong and enduring.

Feel the safety in knowing that you are held that the earth beneath you is steady just as you are.

Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful forest.

The air is fresh and calming.

You hear the soft rustle of leaves in the wind and the distant sound of a stream.

The sunlight filters through the canopy of trees casting soft beams of light around you.

In this space you feel completely at ease.

The forest feels like a place of protection.

A sanctuary where you can truly be yourself without judgment or expectation.

You begin to walk slowly into the forest feeling the soft earth beneath your feet grounding you with every step.

As you move further into the forest the light around you shifts.

The deeper you go the more you begin to notice how the light seems to gently reflect your own energy.

The trees around you seem to bend slightly almost as though they're acknowledging your presence.

You walk with ease,

Your body moving freely and you feel a quiet strength within you.

As you walk you start to notice small signs of life around you.

The birds singing,

The leaves swaying gently,

The flow of the stream nearby.

Everything here feels harmonious,

Connected.

Everything has its place.

As you continue to walk you come across a large ancient tree standing tall in the center of a clearing.

Its roots stretch deep into the earth and its branches reach high into the sky.

You feel drawn to this tree sensing its quiet steady power.

You sit down beneath its wide canopy feeling safe and supported.

In the stillness notice how the tree's strength doesn't come from force or struggle.

It simply exists standing tall through every season,

Through storms and sunshine alike.

Its strength is in its stillness,

In its ability to remain grounded and reach toward the sky.

Take a moment to reflect.

Like this tree you have your own unique strength.

It is within you even when you don't always see it.

Just as the tree doesn't need to prove its power you do not need to prove yours.

It is already there,

Deeply rooted in who you are.

As you sit beneath the tree gently close your eyes.

Imagine the sunlight filtering through the leaves above bathing you in warmth.

Visualize this warmth traveling through your body filling you with a deep sense of peace.

Now let your mind take you to a time when you faced a challenge in your life.

Something you didn't think you could overcome.

As you reflect notice the ways in which you showed resilience.

Even when it felt hard you continued.

Even when you were uncertain you found a way.

You are like the tree standing firm through life's challenges.

Allow this memory to fill you with a quiet sense of admiration for yourself.

You have always been stronger than you know.

Now as you beneath the tree let yourself absorb the strength and stillness that surrounds you.

Feel the deep connection between you and the earth.

The strength within you just like the tree.

When you're ready begin to slowly rise from the ground thanking the tree for its quiet wisdom.

You take one last look around the forest before you begin your walk back feeling grounded and at peace.
