The mantra Hamsa is an ancient and sacred practice that connects us with the powerful energies within and around us.

It is a tool for spiritual growth,

Allowing us to transmute creative energies and awaken higher consciousness.

Samayel Aon Weor described Hamsa as the great breath and the astral light.

A mantra that not only helps us connect to the deepest spiritual essence but also transforms our creative energy into a force for inner growth.

The practice involves breathing in a specific rhythm and mentally chanting the sounds of the mantra to direct the energy in a centripetal flow,

Moving inward toward the heart and mind.

Now let's begin the practice together.

Find a comfortable seat,

Either in a cross-legged position or seated in a chair,

As your body allows.

Keep your spine straight and your hands relaxed,

With your right palm resting in the left hand.

Take a moment to settle into your seat.

Close your eyes gently and bring your attention to your breath.

Begin to relax,

Letting go of any tension in your body.

Breathe in slowly through your nose,

Allowing the breath to fill your lungs.

Then exhale quickly and completely through your mouth.

Let each breath draw you deeper into the present moment.

Inhale slowly and deeply,

Feeling the energy rising up your spine.

As you do so,

Mentally pronounce the mantra HAM.

Visualize the energy rising from your base,

Moving upward through your spine,

And reaching the crown of your head and down to the point between your eyebrows.

Feel the creative energy awakening within you.

Hold the energy at the point between your eyebrows for a while.

Exhale quickly and forcefully,

Pronouncing the mantra SA.

As you exhale,

Visualize the energy descending into your heart,

Filling it with light and warmth.

Allow the energy to flow inward and become centered in your being.

Now continue this cycle.

HAM on the inhale,

Hold at the point of your eyebrows.

SA on the exhale.

Let the rhythm of the mantra guide you deeper into the practice.

Feel the breath and the energy flowing in a centripetal manner,

Moving inward with each breath,

Cultivating stillness and spiritual awareness.

Inhale,

Hold,

SA.

Inhale,

Hold,

SA.

As you continue,

Focus entirely on the mantra.

Let it be the only thing in your mind.

All thoughts,

Desires and memories must dissolve,

Leaving only the vibration of HAM SA resonating within you.

Inhale,

Hold,

SA.

Your breath and the mantra become one,

Harmonizing with the universal energy around you.

As you inhale,

HAM,

Let the creative energy rise through your body.

As you exhale,

SA,

Let the energy flow into your heart and become pure,

Concentrated light.

Feel the energy within you becoming stronger and more powerful with each cycle of breath and mantra.

Inhale,

Hold,

SA.

Continue in this manner,

Allowing the inhalation to deepen and the exhalation to remain short and quick,

As you align your breath with the sacred flow of HAM SA.

Inhale.

In time,

The inhalation will become slower and deeper and the exhalation even shorter and more focused.

Inhale,

Hold,

SA.

Allow your body to relax even further with each breath.

Feel the presence of the energy rising and falling within you,

Transmuting your inner essence.

In this practice,

You are called to let go of all thought and desire.

Focus solely on the breath and the sacred syllables of HAM SA.

The energy you are cultivating is not just physical but spiritual,

Transmuting your creative forces into higher consciousness.

As you deepen the practice,

Allow your awareness to expand.

In this moment,

You are no longer separate from the flow of divine energy.

The HAM SA mantra connects you to the greater reality,

Helping you achieve a state of profound peace and spiritual clarity.

Continue this practice at your own pace.

When you feel ready,

Gradually bring your focus back to the breath,

Letting the energy settle within you.

Sit quietly for a few moments,

Feeling the effect of the practice in your body,

Your heart and your mind.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying with you the sense of calm,

Clarity and energy you have cultivated.
