Lesson 1
Self-Worth & Dignity
In this first session, we will identify where the voices of self-doubt and judgment come from. We will understand that they are not our inner voices, but instead they are messages we have internalized from our culture and environment. We will do a brief guided exercise to scan our lives for a deeper understanding of how we have internalized those messages. Then, we will explore another possibility: that we are worthy now, not if we achieve certain things or when we get to a certain place. We will accept the fact that we are worthy of love and belonging just as we are. We will realize that within the depths of our being we have a continual source of vitality and power, infinite potential, and possibilities. We will close the session with a brief guided exercise to open ourselves to this new possibility.

Lesson 2
Understanding Your Story
In this session we will explore the importance of identifying and acknowledging our complete story. We will learn that the way toward healing is through integration, and that in order to be real and authentic we need to accept what we have been through and how it has shaped us. This will ease the pressure to be someone we are not, allowing us to fully embrace ourselves with comprehension, compassion, and love.

Lesson 3
Overcoming Imposter Syndrome
In this session we will explore one of the most common limitations I have found among the entrepreneurs I have worked with: imposter syndrome. It leads us to chronic self-doubt and a sense of not being competent enough, which overrides our successes. It brings inner stress and fear of failure. The good news is that through consciousness we can awaken to a greater reality than the one our image of self allows us to perceive. We can connect to something inside of us that knows we are more than our current identity, more than our beliefs, more than our limitations, more than our fears and doubts. We can learn to embrace our value and worth, and allow ourselves to feel it and give it life force, so it can express itself fully. Today we will do a guided meditation to experience it in us.

Lesson 4
Overcoming Limiting Beliefs
In this session, we will identify beliefs that are holding us back and that limit our connection to our value, to our possibilities, and to our power. Through guided meditation, we will work to change those thought patterns by illuminating them with consciousness. As a result, we will experience a new way of seeing things, acknowledging ourselves, accepting our successes and our contributions to the world. We will bring forth a new version of ourselves - one that is more grounded, more powerful, more resourceful, wiser, more loving, and more deeply connected to our worth and value.

Lesson 5
Your Voice Is Important
In this session we are going to work to recognize our desires, needs, and opinions, accept that they are valid and important, and remember that we are worthy of expressing them and being heard and understood. We will also work to forgive ourselves for the times in the past that we have ignored or judged our thoughts and desires, or for the times we have silenced ourselves, knowing that it can be different in the future and giving us the permission to explore it. We will do a guided meditation to understand that we can communicate clearly, with confidence, increasing the chances of being heard and the possibilities of others responding to us in a positive and productive way, and knowing that we can express our individuality and differences while maintaining connection with others.

Lesson 6
Letting Go Of What Is Not Serving You
Today we will focus on letting go of old beliefs and identities that no longer serve us, and opening ourselves to new things to come. We will also let go of the excessive need to control what goes on around us and instead learn to trust ourselves and what comes our way. We will do a guided meditation to visualize that letting go and to connect with our inner strength and resilience to grow from the experiences we live.

Lesson 7
Taking Care Of Yourself
In this session, we’re going to further connect to our inner sacred space and take care of ourselves and all that we have inside us. We will explore how, when we stop judging or condemning ourselves, when we relax and appreciate our body, heart, and mind, we begin to contact the fundamental notion of inherent goodness within us. We will do a guided meditation to bring tenderness toward ourselves, to allow us to see our potential more accurately, and to awaken the genuine kindness within us, letting the authentic, real you express itself and come to live fully.

Lesson 8
Fueling Your Inner Light
In today’s session, we are going to explore going deeper into ourselves and connecting to that inner light we all have. On our day to day we tend to live on a more superficial level, identifying constantly with things, with what we’ve done, what we possess, how we look, what other people think of us. We tend to forget that there is a deeper level where our inner worth lies, where we can connect to our potential and strength, to our unconditional value, to our power of creation, and to a life of purpose and presence. During this session, we are going to do an exercise to return to that sacred place within us.

Lesson 9
Challenges As Opportunities
In today’s session we are going to identify and overcome our fear-based patterns that we have learned from our lived experiences. We will decide how to interpret them, learn how to behave differently, and respond to challenges not from fear or anger, but rather from a greater intelligence within us. We will open ourselves to learn from the unfolding experience, and be transformed from it into the more evolved being that already exists within us. This will allow us to find our own path and connect fully to our whole selves and infinite strength.

Lesson 10
Celebrating Your Progress
In today’s session we are going to close by celebrating the great progress we have made throughout these days together and acknowledge everything we have released, learned, discovered, and cultivated. We will do a meditation that will anchor in us moments of groundedness, of clarity and centeredness, so we always remember that our great strength comes from within. So we can feel at home with ourselves and in connection to our innate strength and value. Namaste.
