Join Oliver as he takes you on a guided 5-day meditation adventure where you will meet an animal, feel safe, ease into deep sleep, imagine your birthday, and listen to wonderful sounds that will leave you and your kids feeling calm and happy. Created specially with kids in mind, this course offers children short and fun daily journeys of imagination and relaxation. Healing isn't really a "big deal" but rather part of our inherent nature. Children find this easy when you join them on the journey of "life" as a peer and equal. You may learn a thing or two as a parent also. This course is also designed to enable a reconnection between you and your young ones allowing you to enjoy and witness them in their innocence and beauty.
