In this course, you will learn valuable tools and techniques to create space in your mind, and re-write the old stories you’ve been telling yourself that are holding you back from embodying your most energetic and creative self . You will gain insight on how to detach from your busy brain, and drop from a space of “thinking” into a space of “feeling”, allowing your natural flow of love to come forward with ease. Drawing on practices of observation, allowance and equanimity, you will discover how to develop practices that reduce stress, improve sleep, and cultivate joy. Each day, we’ll explore a new technique designed to connect you with the presence and joy you know is possible deep in your heartspace.


Meet your Teacher

Victoria is a conduit of love and instrument of grace, channeling soul guidance and sacred music worldwide. She is a UCLA-trained, IMTA-certified professional mindfulness teacher specializing in mindful behavior change mentoring. Her unique process supports clients to unlock their birthright of joy by transforming struggles with insomnia, chronic anxiety, burnout, binge-eating and more. As a transformation accelerator, she helps people quickly shift from head to heartspace through meditation and music. This course did nothing less than shift me out of anxiety and despair into a centered, grounded space of gratefulness, okayness and emotional wellness. Victoria’s genuineness, her soothing angelic voice and the tools of body sensing, breath and reframing to loving kindness towards ourselves made it happen. I’m so grateful for her and this offering. This course is soooo good! I don’t know what I can say here to summarize all that it did for me, other than to say it made me more aware of the world around me and the thoughts in my head. And I’m not saying I listened to those negative thoughts, I’m saying I learned to notice when I’m having them, and use the tools I learned in this course to get me back into my heart space. I can’t recommend this course enough. Treat yourself to something that lasts, and find your heart space!

Die Atmosphäre welche Victoria in dem Kurs einbringen ist ruhig, liebevoll und achtsam, was den Kurs jeden Tag interessant macht auch der Tagesablauf ist angenehm jedoch ist der Zeitverlauf abweichend und man erwacht aus der Meditation zu früh in den Raum auf.
