Olena is a psychologist, mindfulness teacher, and researcher in organisational psychology with a deep interest in how people relate to themselves and others, especially during times of emotional strain. Drawing from her background in schema therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and intercultural psychology, she supports individuals navigating complex relationships, work-related stress, and transitions. Her work is grounded, compassionate, and informed by both personal experience and psychological insight, helping others find clarity, resilience, and self-kindness even in the midst of conflict.

Release And Reset: Letting Go Of Residue

Sometimes, after we leave the situation, we carry the residual emotions and tensions with us. With this practice, you can let go of those and free up the space for more presence and connection to yourself. I invite you to do this little practice, even if it sounds childish. Just let yourself experience it.
