Welcome to this morning meditation.
Thank you for taking the time to take care of yourself,
To spend a couple of minutes practicing,
Paying attention to your inner state.
In this practice I would like to invite you to take a closer look at the obstacles that you have now in your life and find a way to overcome them internally before you face them in real life.
Sometimes the things we feel are taking up massive amount of our headspace are not that challenging.
And I would guide you now through a little imagery so you could see that for yourself.
So if you're ready,
Just find a comfortable position.
You can sit down or lie down and set an intention to just let go of any thoughts about the day ahead or anything else that you had right now and follow my voice.
Gently close your eyes and let's take a deep breath together.
Breathe in and breathe out and breathe out.
And again,
Breathe in and let go.
And now just let your breath flow slowly and naturally.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Feel like every single breath you take is little by little helping you ground.
And you're starting to find yourself in this present moment,
Here and now,
Without any need to go anywhere.
You're right where you should be.
Breathe slowly.
Maybe you would notice your heartbeat.
Observe if it's fast or slow.
Observe what's the intensity of your heartbeat right now.
You can even place your hand on your chest.
And as you breathe slowly,
Just notice that.
And we will do a little visualization together.
I invite you to imagine that you're standing at the start of a long road.
It stretches out before you.
You can see it clearly.
But it's a long way.
The way that you're walking in the present moment of your life.
And on this path,
On this way,
There are some roadblocks.
They are big and heavy.
They seem to block your path.
They seem to be obstacles on your way towards what you're aiming for.
Just imagine them vividly.
And notice how many are they.
Maybe there is just one.
Or perhaps it feels like your entire path is blocked right now,
And it's just a struggle.
Notice how you feel when you see that.
How does it feel to be in the beginning of this path with all those roadblocks?
Don't judge the sensation.
Don't judge your emotions.
Just notice and name it as if you were putting a label on it.
And breathe with this feeling.
Think about what those roadblocks represent in your life.
Maybe those are challenges in your relationship,
Your professional life,
Your financial life.
Maybe this is a feeling of disconnectedness,
Loneliness,
Or just general stress.
Notice what it is for you.
Again,
Don't judge it.
And just linger in this sensation for a little bit.
And if your mind wanders,
If you start thinking about something else,
Just bring it back to this image,
To my voice,
To the here and now.
And now I would like you to come a little bit closer to one of them.
And as you're approaching it,
Something magical starts to happen.
Little by little,
The sharp edges of this roadblock,
They start to smoothen out.
It goes smaller and smaller.
And in front of your eyes,
It slowly turns into a little pebble under your feet.
And if you want,
You can take it and take a closer look at this little pebble.
See how you feel when this big obstacle turns into something smaller and manageable.
And notice what you want to do with it.
Maybe you want to leave it on the ground,
On the path.
Maybe you want to kind of let it go.
Kind of put it aside.
You want to step over it.
And again,
Notice how this image resonates with your body.
What sensation does it give to you?
And as you move,
You approach the next roadblock.
Maybe you can think of some obstacle or challenge that you've been dealing with in the past months.
And again,
It just becomes smaller as you approach it.
And it shrinks in front of your eyes and turns into a little pebble.
Notice how it feels when this is happening.
Suddenly,
This challenge is not that big and you start to see a road ahead of you.
And again,
Choose what to do with it.
You can feel it.
You can touch it.
See that it's not that heavy anymore.
Not that unmanageable.
And you can step over it or set it aside.
And as you move forward,
Any other obstacle that was in front of you,
It also slowly,
Slowly goes smaller.
And it clears your path.
And you can see everything in front of you.
Maybe not the obstacles in front of you.
The entire path till the very end.
But far enough to walk it without any problem.
Sometimes,
Of course,
You would need to step over some of those pebbles.
But they're no longer those big,
Massive roadblocks.
And now as you're standing here,
Notice how your body feels.
Notice the sensation in your arms.
And keep breathing.
Slowly.
Notice in big brushstrokes your chest,
Your belly,
Your hips and legs,
Your knees,
Your feet,
And also your shoulders and your neck.
And finally,
Your head.
Feel your entire body in this space.
And here in this moment,
I invite you to think of some affirmations or some comforting thoughts.
It might support you on your path.
If this feels comfortable,
Just think to yourself,
I'm capable of handling whatever comes my way.
I'm seeing challenges as opportunities for growth.
I release the fear.
And I trust my journey.
You can come up with your own phrase,
Whatever feels comfortable and needed for your heart right now.
And you can always come back to this place.
Come back to this space of comfort within you.
And give some reassurance to yourself.
And ask for some from your friends and people around you.
And as we're coming to the end of this meditation,
Just think of the day ahead of you.
What is the small step that you can take to move forward on your journey?
Just think of yourself making that step with comfort and ease and confidence,
As if those were not roadblocks or large problems,
But just tiny little pebbles on your path.
What would that action be?
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
And feel what you feel right now.
Feel the energy that you created in this meditation.
Feel it filling up your body,
Every little cell.
Empowering you with new information,
With new approaches to the challenges you're facing.
Rewiring your system.
And may this practice be the reason for every living being,
For every creature to achieve its higher purpose.
May it become a guidance on your path to whatever you're striving for.

Breathe in and out.
And slowly start moving your body,
Moving your shoulders.
Just stretch if it feels good.
You can slowly open your eyes.
Now from this place,
