Anchor is an eight-part journey designed to help you build a kinder, more supportive inner foundation. Each part features two guided audio practices — one practical exercise and one guided meditation — to help you integrate the learning into everyday life. By the end of the course, you will: Develop a gentler, more compassionate inner dialogue; Learn to release mental, emotional, and physical clutter; Build awareness of your nervous system and tools for regulation; Strengthen resilience and boundary-setting skills; Recognize and shift patterns of perfectionism; Clarify your core values for a more aligned life; Create restorative sleep and rest routines; Establish sustainable, self-supporting habits for lasting change


Meet your Teacher

Shannon Butt is a yoga and meditation teacher, public speaker on disability and inclusivity, and a peer supporter & mentor with a passion for creating brave, supportive spaces for self-discovery and healing. With lived experience navigating neurodivergence, trauma, and resilience, Shannon brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to her work. She designed Anchor to help others build self-trust, stability, and inner support, empowering them to navigate life with confidence and ease.
