This course is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, calm your body, and restore clarity—using simple, accessible tools that work with your body’s natural rhythms. In Day 1, we’ll focus on grounding your body through breath, body awareness, and gentle visualization—anchoring you back into the present moment and releasing tension. In Day 2, we’ll focus on calming your heart and mind—clearing mental clutter and softening emotional stress to restore a deep sense of clarity and peace using a Yoga Nidra Practice. In Day 3, you will reset your nervous system with a calming and soothing sound healing tuned to 528hz (the love frequency) allowing you to be bathed in love.


Meet your Teacher

Jade Montana is the founder of Earth Angel frequencies. She is a meditation guide, sound healer, international retreat host and is on a mission to assist others in their journey to freedom. Through her offerings, Jade focuses on themes such as manifestation, abundance, emotional healing, happiness, and reprogramming the mind. In this first session, we’ll be focusing on grounding and calming your nervous system using simple breathwork and body awareness. This practice is designed to help you gently release tension, calm stress, and regulate your system, whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just a little scattered. We’ll use soothing belly breathing, a little guided visualization, and some calming affirmations to bring you back into balance. No effort required—just get cozy, press play, and let yourself fully relax into the experience.

Day 2 Teaching: Reprogramming For Inner Peace

Day 2 Practice: Mind & Body Reset For Deep Sleep

Today, we’re diving deeper with a yoga nidra-style meditation designed to clear stress from the body and mind. This practice is all about deep rest—helping you soften tension, reset emotionally, and release lingering mental fog. You’ll be guided through a slow, comforting body scan where we’ll explore sensations of heaviness and lightness, helping your nervous system shift from fight-or-flight into deep calm. It’s a beautiful practice for those days when you’re craving clarity and emotional ease.

Day 3 Teaching: How Can Sound Healing Regulate My Nervous System?

Sound healing has supported me when i was experiencing panic attacks and anxiety and because everything is vibration, including your body and emotions, it has the power to shift you into the frequency of peace. Today’s teaching explores how sound frequencies restore harmony in the nervous system, supported by a sound healing session to realign you with balance and inner peace.

Day 3 Practice: 528hz Sound Healing Frequencies For Healing

Day 3 is all about simply receiving. In this final session, you’ll relax and soak in the healing tones of a sound bath tuned to 528 Hz—often called the “love frequency.” It’s known for supporting deep emotional healing, heart opening, and even promoting a sense of harmony on a cellular level. All you need to do is get comfortable, close your eyes, and let the sound gently wash over you. There’s no effort here—just surrender, soften, and allow the vibrations to guide your body and nervous system back into balance.
