Good morning and welcome.

Please find a comfortable and quiet place to sit down or lie down.

And let's begin.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Let that go.

Breathing in and letting go.

Any tension in your body.

Allowing yourself to be fully present in this beautiful moment.

Happiness is not something you need to chase.

It's a state of being that resides within you,

Right here,

Right now.

Let's begin by setting some positive intentions for the day ahead.

Allowing your vibration to rise up.

To the frequency of positivity.

Becoming a magnet for happiness.

Repeating after me.

I am deserving of happiness.

I am deserving of happiness.

Today I will find joy in the simplest of things.

My thoughts create my reality and I choose happy thoughts.

Guiding your focus to your breath.

Inhale deeply through the nose counting to four and exhale through the mouth releasing for four.

Allowing each breath to bring you into a deeper state of relaxation and inner peace.

Happiness is not just a feeling.

It is a conscious choice we make in our lives.

It is a choice to operate from a place of love and true happiness resides in the little moments we encounter each day.

It's found in the laughter shared with loved ones.

The warmth of a morning sunbeam.

The taste of a delicious meal or the comfort of a cozy blanket on a chilly day.

Happiness is a perspective,

A mindset.

It is the ability to recognize that every moment is precious.

It is the conscious choice to operate from a place of kindness.

You have the ability to create happiness in your life and today you will.

By moving from a place of kindness,

Going the extra mile,

Little touches on life like smiling at a barista and asking how their day is,

Holding the door for someone,

Making a phone call to show someone how much you appreciate them,

To taking a walk in the forest,

A park,

In nature,

To sitting down and eating the foods you love.

Maybe it's buying someone flowers,

Writing a card,

Or by showing yourself the most amount of love by taking a breath and repeating the words I am deserving of happiness.

I choose happiness in every moment.

Inhale breath.

Exhale let that go.

It's a beautiful day to create happy moments.
