A warm welcome to this balancing energy meditation for the month of October 2025.
And we start by taking a few deep breaths.
Then imagine that where you are sitting or lying down that there is a pillar of red healing earth energy that is coming from mother earth and it's moving up through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out,
And continuing up and out into the sky and the universe.
And we now have this red healing earth energy keeping us grounded on this journey.
Then imagine that there is a similar pillar of divine bright light,
A universal energy that is coming from above and it's going down through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out,
And continuing down into mother earth.
And we now have this universal energy keeping us balanced on this journey.
And we take another deep breath.
And if you like,
You can set your intention for this to be a peaceful and relaxing journey.
Allow your mind to step back,
Your body to relax,
And let your breath become deeper,
Slower.
Knowing that there is nothing you have to achieve right now,
Nothing you need to solve or know where you need to be,
But here right now.
And if there are any thoughts coming up on repeat,
Don't try to solve them all.
Push them,
Just allow them to move through you,
Like a cloud in the sky.
Then imagine yourself being a bird up in the sky.
It could be any bird,
Just let whatever comes to you be your image for now.
And you are flying free,
High above the trees,
Above mother earth,
Above the land.
Just taking in the view that's below you,
With a clear view,
Seeing the beauty.
Maybe you're passing a forest filled with trees,
Swaying in the wind.
Maybe you're passing an ocean,
Seeing the deep blue water.
Maybe you're passing a field filled with crops.
You see the bounty that is around you,
The colors of the land.
Maybe you're passing an area of mountains,
High or low.
Just feel the stable energy,
The grounding energy from these majestic mountains.
And knowing that you can go in any direction at any time.
You can let the wind take you or you can go in another direction.
It is up to you what you decide.
And there's a sense of feeling free,
Light,
Filled with beauty.
And as well,
Feeling connected to our home,
Mother earth,
As well as for the universe.
As you are flying in between the both at this time,
Then imagine that you are landing somewhere on earth.
Could be a place you know or just let whatever image comes up for you.
Be the one for now.
And as you land,
You step into your human body,
Yourself as you are in the present moment.
But you take with you all the sense of being free,
Being able to do and go in any direction.
Guided by your inner knowing.
And also,
If you like,
A sense of playfulness.
To life.
And as we see ourselves in this place where you landed,
Feeling free,
Open to life,
Connected.
Knowing that if there is any time you like to fly again.
You can shift in an instant.
Moving beyond your mind's boundaries.
Expand your view and take on life.
And then you can shift back again into your body.
Taking with you your wisdom.
Your journey.
Now we take another deep breath.
Now with this playful and light feeling.
If you like,
You can set your intention to keep this throughout the months or the week and day.
And you can come back and reconnect at any time.
You can start to come back into your body,
Into your now,
Where you are.
Sitting or lying down.
Bring back your energy.
Keeping your connection to this playful,
Free and open.
Inner guidance.
That has an overview and a clear view to life.
Now you can start to come fully back into your body.
You can start to move your hands,
Your feet,
Your neck.
Maybe clap your hands,
Stamp your feet.
Do a little dance.
