Warm welcome to this energy meditation where we are going to tap into a peaceful and still energy helping you fall asleep and relax.
My name is Maria and I work as an energy coach and one of my main tools are energetic igniting meditations.

So please get seated with your back straight and your palms up or if you're lying down your palms up close your eyes and just follow me on this inner journey to stillness.
So let's start by taking a few deep breaths and with ever exhale with ever exhale imagine yourself sinking in further into the surface that you are lying down or sitting upon and as you breathe in you let go of any thoughts any tension and breathing out you're sinking into the surface as your body is becoming heavier and it's like you are being pulled by gravity without resisting just allow an energy of peace and stillness move through you and accept how you are feeling don't try to resist just observe and accept as you keep on taking long deep breaths lowering your pulse creating an empty space in your mind and if you're having a hard time letting go of the day of your thoughts then think of something beautiful that is neutral for you maybe a sunset a flower a color and just hold that image and allow your body to let go trusting that you are safe you are held by the surface and there is nothing you have to do right now other than relax so and in this space we open harmonious energy vibration of peace of total stillness like a relaxing empty void and in this space of nothing you maybe start to feel that you can let go of your thoughts of any tension and just let this stillness hold you take care of you even rock you gently into a state of total peace and relaxation and you feel your eyelids are getting heavy even with your eyes closed you feel your body is or has slowed down and the system is preparing for you to sleep be still and your body is responding by relaxing welcoming you to let go of sleep to allow your mind to rest your body to recharge so as you may wake up feeling energized and ready for the next step but right now all you have to do is breathe and let go and if you like you can set your intention too thank you have a beautiful night one where you wake up feeling refreshed clear knowing exactly what you want to do and ready for the day and all you have to do is set your intention for this and then let that go and again if you have repeating thoughts or it's hard to release the day and bring back the vision of something beautiful that is neutral i just keep that image and we take a deep breath and as you inhale you inhale the peace of falling asleep and as you exhale you exhale the day with gratitude knowing that you've done your best knowing that you are loved knowing that you are loved and again we inhale stillness and peace and see how it moves through your body or feel moving through every part and then we exhale any lingering thoughts tension i just focus on your beautiful image allowing it to take you into a beautiful and magical sleep follow this vibration of stillness of total relaxation and letting go maybe you see yourself floating away into the land of the dreams and you are safe and held and you are loved and you are loved and we take another deep breath and if you like you can continue in this energy off letting go and stillness or you can come back into your body where you started move your hands your feet your neck maybe clap your hands and stamp your feet and i wish you a beautiful resting peaceful all rejuvenating sleep and thank you for listening Sat Naam
