In this energy meditation we work with your Crown Chakra to balance, boost and clear its connection and communication to and with your body.
Your Crown Chakra is situated at the top of your head. It’s your energy centre that correlates to your spiritual consciousness, enlightenment, your connection to the higher power, oneness, deeper understanding and sense of divine guidance.
When this chakra is in balance you have a peaceful, clear and open mind, a trust in your inner knowing and feeling connected to your soul’s purpose.
You can tune in to this energy whenever you feel close minded, disconnected to yourself, scattered, frustrated with life, lonely or feeling lost.
