Warm welcome to this energy meditation for the month of April.
So please get seated comfortable,
Close your eyes.
And we start by taking a few deep breaths.
Then imagine that where you are,
Sitting or lying down,
That there is a pillar of red healing earth energy that is coming from Mother Earth moving up through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out and continuing up and out into the sky and the universe.
And we now have this red healing earth energy keeping us grounded on this journey.
Then imagine that there is a similar pillar of divine bright light.
A universal energy that is coming from above and is going down through you,
Around you,
Covering your body inside and out and continuing down into Mother Earth.
And we now have this universal energy keeping us balanced on this journey.
And we take another deep breath.
Then if you like you can set your intention for this to be a peaceful and relaxing moment.
And let your mind know it's okay to step back,
Relax,
Become quiet.
And let your body know that it's okay to relax.
And there is nothing you have to do right now.
There is nothing you need to achieve or solve or analyze.
All you have to do is breathe and be here listening to this.
And maybe you feel your breath is becoming slower.
Deeper.
And your heartbeat slowing down.
Your face relaxing.
Your shoulders dropping.
Your body becoming heavier.
Held by the surface that you are sitting or lying down upon.
And we take another really deep breath.
Then imagine yourself,
Your energy floating out in the universe.
Effortless.
Your body firmly grounded here on Mother Earth.
And your energy,
Or part of your energy is moving through this beautiful vast universe.
Feeling light.
Free.
Maybe seeing the beautiful Earth that we are upon.
This green and blue planet.
And as you're looking at Mother Earth,
You may see a field of energy surrounding it.
Pulsating like your breath,
Your heartbeat.
And it's a beautiful energy.
And if you like,
You can see yourself from the universe and see yourself on Earth.
Harmonizing with this beautiful energy.
Just by setting your intention to do so.
And maybe you see there's a beautiful layer of energy surrounding your body.
Pulsating in the same frequency as Mother Earth.
And it's an energy that is relaxing.
Relaxing,
Grounding.
And connecting you to your core,
Your heart.
For guidance,
Wisdom.
And we are staying in this a little bit longer.
Just taking it in.
Letting the connection move through you.
And if you like,
You can just observe how it feels in your body.
And we take another deep breath.
And you can start to slowly come back.
From your view and from the universe.
Come back with your energy into your body.
And as you move into your body,
You are bringing with you.
The expanding energy from the universe.
Into your day or life.
Or as being grounded and connected to Mother Earth.
In a solid and loving way.
And we take another deep breath.
And you can start to come back into the space where you started.
And we give thanks to Mother Earth and Father Universe and the higher self for joining us today.
