I loved this for the most part, a very good guided practice and a calming voice. But the belly breath was too activating for me this morning (feeling anxious and frozen afterward). Just noting that for anyone who might not be in the right headspace/energy for that kind of breathwork. Nadi Shodhana perfect tho.

Thank you. That was the first time I did a loving kindness meditation. Thank you for your prompts on the prayers and good wishes to offer other people. It was very surprising to me at the end to notice in an upwelling of feeling and tears. I believe because of the most difficult part, the part where you send loving kindness to someone who hurt you. Also, when I sent loving kindness to someone that I know, I hurt, but I still love deeply. This was very meaningful for me and I will definitely come back to it. I never thought I wanted to do loving kindness because I knew it would be hard. But now I see how it can be a good release for me. God bless.

It was difficult to open my heart to someone I've had conflict with, but after I did and towards the end my heart just felt...charged, like my "core reactor" became fully operational, is the best way I can describe it. More than just a "filled cup" to pour on others; an activated, self-sustainimg reactor charged for the entirety of my next 24-hr sobriety journey. Blessings, Manoj
