Absolutely stunning - I’m a seaside girl so love imagining myself by the sea. The blue and green light I imagine like the shine from a labradorite crystal. I often have tears at the point of getting up and walking away with the sense of pain being healed - as I want for that so much! Your voice is so gentle and guiding too. Thankyou.

Wow the power of the mind is an amazing thing. I was able to stop the tingling and stabbing I have in my feet from neuropathy. Even if just for a second…building new neuropathways takes time and practice. Thank you for this gift. 🙏🏻💕
