This is a quick body scan practice that invites you into the body to facilitate mindful presence. We start with the breath and then navigate through the body, paying attention to sensations of pressure/support, tingling/vibration, or anything else that can be observed. As traditional body scans can be quite long, this one is short and sweet so you can practice it even if you don't have a lot of time to spare.
