Welcome to your walking meditation to ground your energy with Phoebe Dansworthy.

This meditation is to be listened to while walking with your eyes gently opened.

You may stop at any point and stand still,

Closing your eyes to connect deeper with the earth energy beneath your feet.

Let us begin.

Start by taking your first steps.

Focus your attention on feeling the connection between your feet and the earth beneath you.

Feel the support of mother nature under your feet.

Feel her energy.

Feel her embrace.

She is nurturing you with love.

This is a sacred journey of grounding and spiritual connection to cleanse and recharge your own energy field.

Inhale deeply,

Drawing in the life force energy around you.

Feel the air fill your lungs.

And as you exhale,

Release any tension or distraction.

Let your breath become a steady rhythm,

Grounding you in the present moment.

Continue to walk slowly.

As you walk,

Imagine roots extending from the soles of your feet into the earth below.

Visualize these roots growing deeply into the soil,

Connecting with the nourishing energy of mother earth.

With each step,

You draw up this grounding energy,

Feeling it envelope your entire being.

Envision a warm,

Golden light rising from the earth.

It's wrapping around you like a protective cocoon.

This is the nurturing energy of mother nature.

She is a source of strength and support.

With every step,

Allow this energy to infuse your body,

Mind and soul.

Let it provide you with a sense of stability and balance.

Continue to breathe slowly and steadily as you walk this path,

Inhaling completely and absorbing all the beautiful,

Harmonious energy that surrounds you.

And exhale completely,

Releasing any tension in your body.

Feel the healing energy of the earth as you continue your walk with each step.

Imagine any negativity or tension leaving your body and being absorbed by the earth.

Picture yourself walking lighter,

Free from burdens and surrounded by a field of positive healing energy.

As you walk,

Acknowledge the spiritual significance of your connection with the earth.

You align your spirit with the sacred dance of the earth's energy.

Express gratitude for the earth's support.

Feel the solid ground beneath you,

Mother earth is always replenishing and renewing your energy.

Push that energy down through your feet and give it to mother earth,

And in exchange she will rebirth you,

Replenish you and rejuvenate your energy.

As you conclude your walking meditation,

Stand still for a moment and close your eyes.

Feel the mother earth beneath you,

Supporting you and embracing you,

And absorb the harmonious energy that you've cultivated on this walk.

Your mind,

Body and soul are completely rebirthed with love and nurturing vibrations.

You feel confident and strong and ready to embrace the day ahead.

Carry this grounding energy with you throughout your day,

Knowing that you are connected to the nurturing and healing power of the earth.
