Welcome to today's meditation with Phoebe Garnsworthy.
This meditation is to invite in deep healing and relaxing peace.
Start by closing your eyes and getting into a comfortable position.
We will begin by taking three deep inhalations and exhalations.
Let us start.
Breathe in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And breathe out for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And breathe in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And breathe out for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And your last breath,
Breathe in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And breathe out for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And now just come back to normal breathing.
We're going to go on a little journey now.
I'd like you to imagine you are sitting on a beach.
The sun is shining up high above you.
The sky is blue.
There's not a cloud in the sky.
And in front of you,
The waves are moving slowly,
Crashing ever so gently along the shore.
You are sitting on the sand and feeling grounded.
You know you are completely supported by Mother Earth.
Take a moment and take a deep breath in,
Feeling this perfect moment of peace.
You look out into the far horizon.
In this space,
You are reminded of infinite possibilities.
You feel completely relaxed and at peace.
Here in this space,
You are surrounded with Mother Nature.
Her nurturing vibrations heals your energy.
With just this simple touch and even your imagination creatively visualizing this space,
You are changing your energetic frequency.
Spend your time defining this beautiful blissful moment and allow her vibrations to heal and rejuvenate every element of your being.
You stand up and begin to walk to the water.
With every step forward,
You feel confident,
Courageous,
Resilient,
Powerful and completely at peace.
You are aligned with your soul's mission.
With every step forward,
You feel supported by the universe.
You are reaching the waves now.
And as you walk forward,
The water splashes over your feet.
It is the most perfect temperature.
Moment of connection.
That sense of liberation.
Of being alive.
You walk deeper into the ocean now.
The water is moving up to your knees,
Past your thighs,
Your pelvis.
Keep walking deeper.
Let the water move around your stomach and back,
Up high over your chest and your arms.
And then you dive under and come back up.
This sensation of water completely surrounding you and moving over your skin is providing you with deep healing.
Allow yourself to float here for a little while.
Lifting your body up to the top of the shore.
To the surface of the water.
And allow yourself to simply flow and sway with the currents of the water.
You are completely at peace.
Let those feelings,
Emotions and energy simply wash away.
Allow your whole mind,
Body and soul to be cleansed and rejuvenated in this beautiful space as you connect with water energy.
And now place your feet back on the sand beneath the ocean and start walking back to shore.
As you move through the ocean,
Allow the water to move down your body.
You feel the energy circulate with new vibrations and it's tingling all over your body.
And start walking back to where you were sitting.
As you walk you feel the hot sand beneath your feet.
Yet your body is cool.
Your body is revitalized.
Refreshed.
And you find your space back on the beach.
And you turn to face the horizon once more.
But this time you lie down and allow your whole body to completely relax into the earth beneath you.
Feeling your body supported and nurtured.
You are completely at peace.
You feel the earth supporting you.
As your whole body is completely revitalized and renewed.
Your emotions are calm.
They have been cleansed and nurtured.
And your mind is only thinking of the present moment.
It is clear.
And in this space you have opened up your intuition channel and the voice of your soul is speaking clearly to you.
It is saying you are loved.
You are divinely guided.
You are always looked after.
Your mind,
Body and soul have been healed.
You are completely relaxed and at peace.
Allow yourself to enjoy this space.
I'm going to give you some time now.
You can speak to your intuition.
Ask your soul for guidance.
Or you can simply relax and allow yourself to mould into the vibrations beneath you and feel the support of the universe's love all around you.
