Welcome to today's five minute meditation with Phoebe Consworthy.
This meditation is to bring your intention of manifestation into fruition.
To begin,
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.
We're going to start by taking three deep exhalations together.
Breathe in now for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And breathe out for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And breathe in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And breathe out for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And breathe in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Breathe out for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And now just come back to normal breathing.
To begin this manifestation meditation,
I'd like you to set your intention clearly in your mind.
What is it that you wish to embody today?
What energy do you want to invite in?
Just one simple sentence that summarizes what you are asking to come into your life.
What change you are seeking to be made.
Speak your intention clearly in your mind once more and remember that in this time you are speaking to the universe.
You are telling your soul what it is that you crave so that it may be delivered to you.
Ask for it once more.
What is it that you want today?
And now let's embody what it feels like to be living that dream as though it were a reality.
To do this,
Imagine a version of yourself living as though what you desire already is.
See yourself moving through your day and interacting and speaking as though what you desire already exists.
Step into this energy.
Feel the beauty of these high vibrations completely take over your body.
Feel yourself mold into this energy.
Feel yourself become as one with this energy.
What does it feel like to live this life that you desire?
What does it feel like to be you?
Allow this energy to completely surround you.
Let it fill you up with love.
Let that energy become faith.
Faith in the universe.
That what you want is coming.
