Welcome to today's meditation with Phoebe Gansworthy.

To begin,

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position,

Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.

We're going to start by taking three deep inhalations and exhalations together.

Breathe in now for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

And breathe out for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

And breathe in for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

And breathe out for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

And breathe in for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

And breathe out for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

And just come back to normal breathing.

I'd like you to take notice of the surface upon which you are sitting or lying down on.

Find the line where you end and the ground begins and focus your attention on this space.

Move your awareness along this space and as you do,

You find yourself becoming very,

Very heavy.

Allow your body to sink a little bit deeper into relaxation as you focus your attention upon this space.

Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale out and allow yourself to relax just a little bit more.

You are allowing your body to melt into the ground.

Feel that support beneath you.

You are divinely supported by the earth.

She is holding you.

Continue to focus on that line from where you end and the surface begins and allow that line to become blurred.

You are molding into the ground.

Your body is molding into the earth and you are completely relaxed.

In this space,

You feel safe.

In this space,

You feel completely loved.

Mother Earth is holding you.

She is protecting you.

She is feeding you love.

Open your heart to receive her blessings.

What is holding you back from being true to yourself?

What is holding you back from believing that you are worthy of her love?

Mother Earth is here to ground your soul into your body and when you finish this meditation,

You are going to feel completely rejuvenated,

Completely new,

Refreshed and full of love as she is giving you her love.

Allow your body to melt deeper into the earth as you open yourself to receive her blessings.

Relax into her love.

Relax and allow yourself to just be here in the moment.

Take another beautiful deep breath in and gently exhale out.

You are divinely loved,

Protected and guided always.

Mother Earth is always sending you love and you are touching her every time you walk,

Every time you sit or lie down,

You are connecting with her energy.

She loves you so much.

You are never alone and she is always by your side.

Hear this beautiful truth as you open your eyes.

Mother Earth is here today to ground you.
