To begin,
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.
We're going to start by taking three deep inhalations and exhalations together.
Breathe in now for 1,

5 and breathe out for 1,

5 and now just come back to normal breathing.
Notice how calm your mind and body is from using just your breath.
You are inviting peace and tranquility into your day.
You are embodying peace and tranquility.
You are extremely relaxed.
Feel your body sink deeper into the ground beneath you.
Let the vibrations of Mother Earth ground your soul deeply into your body and let yourself be nourished.
We are going to go on a little journey now.

Imagine yourself floating up high.
Let your soul drift away from your body through the sky,
The clouds and up high into the galaxy.
You are floating through space.
There is darkness around you and yet thousands and thousands of stars.
You can see incredible illumination around you because of those stars.
As you float through this space you see a large window.
Go over to the window and peer through it.
As you look through this glass window you realise you are watching yourself living out your best life.
What does that life look like?
Imagine your best day.
Imagine waking up in your safe space,
Your happy place and the feeling that this morning brings you.
Embody that feeling of happiness.
Now follow through with your day.
What is happening around you?
What kind of day are you living?
How do you interact with your loved ones?
What kind of job are you doing?
Let your intuition show you what it is to live your best life.
Now go into that version of yourself.
Feel yourself float down into that body and look through those eyes.
Embody this best life.
Embody the success that you crave.
Embody the love that you are giving and receiving.
Feel that energy.
Now let's reflect between your life now and your dream life.
