Hello and welcome to Five Minutes in Nature with me Liz Scott.
And you find me on the second day of my pilgrimage following the Michael and Mary energy currents that weave across the English landscape.
And today I am at an absolutely magical,
Magical place.
It's a stone circle,
Granite stones,
And arranged in a circle around a central stone which is at an angle.
It's sort of pointing a little bit like a sundial.
I might have got the name of this wrong.
I haven't been able to ask anybody how to pronounce it.
But I think it's called Boscawa and Stone Circle.
And I,
When I came here,
When I walked through the gate and saw it,
I really felt emotional,
Touched.
And the Mary current comes through this stone circle.
I can actually see St.
Bury and Church Tower which is where I started my walk this morning.
And it comes in that direction and it hits the central stone and then it comes out at an angle.
So it's almost like a 90 degree angle.
It comes out a different way.
And the leaning stone in the centre points in the direction of the Mary current as it comes out of the circle.
And I am actually standing in the Mary current.
I don't fully understand or even know if I am that perceptive when it comes to experiencing earth energy.
But I can feel a huge reverence and respect at being in this site.
I walked around the edge of the stone circle and looked within me and asked permission to enter it.
It was a sacred,
Is a sacred space.
And I walked up to the central stone and I placed my hand on it.
And what came to me was the realisation that there is a deeper,
Deeper intelligence and energy.
And I asked this energy,
I asked this deeper intelligence for strength,
For help,
For guidance for us as human beings.
You see we are trying to solve the problems of the world through the mind of a human being.
And our minds are limited.
They are great for planning and for doing and for taking action.
But when it comes to connecting to something deeper and more sacred,
An intelligence that is creative and bountiful and kind and compassionate and loving,
That's the word I am looking for,
This loving energy.
But we can connect with it because ultimately we are that energy.
So my reflection today,
I feel very moved as I speak with you here and I am so grateful that you are joining me on my journey.
My reflection here today is that for us,
For you,
For me to connect to that deeper energy and to seek its support.
Ask for its guidance.
I feel as though I am being bathed and replenished and nourished in this energy current of the Mary energy lines.
I feel very,
Very blessed.
Very blessed indeed.
So I am going to leave Bos Cowanan Stone Circle.
I feel,
This has been,
Gosh,
If my whole pilgrimage,
If this is the main point of my whole pilgrimage,
I am so happy.
It almost feels as though I was meant to be here.
I just want to thank the Stone Circle,
Thank the energy that supports us and is unchanging and will not leave us.
And just ask it to guide us more and for me to trust it more.
