You've got this and the universe has got your back.
Take a deep breath in and out.
You've got a new day,
A fresh start,
And endless possibilities.
Every sunrise is a promise of a new beginning.
You are amazing.
This is your pep morning talk,
So say after me,
I am amazing.
Let's try it again.

So right now is the time to focus on what you can control,
Not on what you can't.
Let go of yesterday's worries,
The stuff that didn't get done,
All the shouldas and the couldas and the wouldas.
This is your chance to draw a line in the sand and start over.
Embrace all of the opportunities that today has in store for you.
Believe in yourself.
Say after me,

You know the saying,
Progress,
Not perfection,
So try not to overwhelm yourself today.
Taking small baby steps is progress because every little step counts.
And gratitude is such a fabulous manifesto.
So today,
Appreciate all the little things in your life and just watch how your day unfolds.
Your attitude shapes your day,
So remind yourself that you have the power to have a great day.
How you think determines your day.
Where you place your awareness,
Well that's where your energy flows,
So be very mindful on what you focus on today.
If you're still listening to me in your bed or while you're having breakfast or maybe you're on the way to the gym,
Whatever you're doing right now,
Can you bring your attention to the energy center at the base of your spine?
The area around the base of your spine,
Your perineum,
The root chakra is the foundation of our energy system.
Our sense of security,
Grounding and the purest of survival instincts.
Connecting with your first energy center on a daily basis helps you feel more connected to Mother Earth and to be present in the moment.
It really enhances your sense of safety and stability in life and it cultivates self-assurance,
Confidence and resilience.
By focusing on the root chakra,
You can alleviate feelings of anxiety and stress.
It will help to energize your body as well as giving you emotional balance.
So even if you're multitasking while listening to me,
You are still supporting your overall well-being by focusing on this energy center.
Now say after me,
I am enough.
I am capable.
I am worthy.
And when you're next looking at yourself in a mirror,
Just say this simple statement,
I love and accept myself exactly as I am.
Consistency is key when it comes to how you start your day and how you want your day to go.
