Declare for yourself what it is you want, not what you don’t want but what you do want. And know that it is possible for you. This meditation inspired by Louise Hay's work is a beautiful way to connect on a deep level with your desires. You will also enter a circle of love. In this space feel your connection with other people in the world. Let the love in you go from heart to heart and as your love goes out know that it comes back to you multiplied. I shared this meditation as part of my Insight Timer course, "Louise Hay's How To Love Yourself In 12 Days" (Day 11). It can also be very powerful as a stand-alone recording when you might want to connect to your desires and to others on a daily basis.

The Positive Change Coach here.

They're finding somewhere very,

Very comfortable and quiet for you to sit or lie back and just allow yourself to relax,

Closing your eyes and just taking some deep,

Cleansing breaths.

Breathe in and exhale with a soft sigh.

Now,

See yourself standing in a very safe space.

Release your burdens.

Release your pain and fears,

Old negative addictions and patterns.

Feel them falling away from you.

And then see yourself standing in your safe place with your arms wide open,

Saying,

I am open and receptive to now.

Declare for yourself what it is you want,

Not what you don't want.

But what you do want.

And know that it is possible.

See yourself whole and healthy,

At peace.

See yourself filled with love.

All we need is one idea to change our lives.

See yourself living in harmony and balance.

With everyone you know.

Deep at the center of your being,

There is an infinite well of love.

Allow this love to flow to the surface.

It fills your heart,

Your body,

Your mind,

Your consciousness,

Your very being and radiates out from you in all directions and returns to you multiplied.

Love for yourself makes you feel good.

It is an expression of your inner joy.

Choose to be in a circle of love.

And in this space,

Feel your connection with other people in the world.

Let the love in you go from heart to heart.

And as your love goes out,

Know that it comes back to you multiplied.

Say after me silently,

I send comforting thoughts to everyone and I know that these thoughts are returning to me.

Breathe in and breathe out.

See the world becoming an incredible circle of love.

A circle of love.

And so it is.

Breathe that in and breathe out.

Now slowly start to become aware of the room you're in,

Taking some easy and cleansing breaths and slowly and gently,

You can open your eyes.

So powerful to be in the Circle of Love! This meditation is helpful in so many ways. It has a calming effect on me. Sending out love and knowing you receive love back is incredibly uplifting. I will return to this meditation often.
