When you're ready,
Sit or lie back in a quiet space and just start to relax.
Gently close your eyes,
Taking some deep,
Relaxing breaths.
Let everything go,
Breathe in peace and breathe out tension.
Feel yourself grounded,
Feel yourself centered and connected to Mother Earth.
Reflect on how far you have come,
The challenges you have faced and the obstacles you have overcome.
Appreciate you,
Yourself,
You are a real life miracle and a living,
Breathing force for good.
What would happen if you chose to believe that you have everything it takes inside of you right now?
To know you are worthy,
You are worthy.
Now,
Reflect on your victories,
Where you chose love and found the strength to overcome fear.
The next time you want to criticize yourself,
Ask why you feel that way about yourself.
Instead of criticizing yourself,
Praise yourself for every step you take and just for showing up for yourself.
Within a short time,
You will see enormous change within you.
Criticism breaks down the inner spirit and praise builds it up.
Acknowledge your power,
The power within you.
We are all expressions of infinite intelligence.
When you berate yourself,
You belittle the power within you.
Begin with small things,
Tell yourself that you are wonderful and stay with it and repeat it as much as you can.
It does become easier and easier.
Praise yourself and congratulate yourself for being wonderful for every little thing.
Praise yourself and your inner child.
Your inner child is looking for praise and for love so that they can feel safe and worthy.
Assure the little child inside you.
Tell your inner child,
You are safe,
You are loved,
You are wonderful.
If you beat yourself up for the step backward,
Then change becomes oppressive.
There will be steps backwards,
But that's okay.
Remember to praise yourself for each small step forward that you make.
Now,
Silently repeat these statements to yourself or you can simply allow them to be absorbed by your subconscious and your emotional body.
I wake in the morning loving and praising myself.
I am worthy of the respect of others.
I am a valuable and important person.
I trust in my abilities.
I am lovable.
The only approval I need is my own.
I have so much self-worth and inner beauty.
I love and praise my body and everything it can do.
I view myself through loving eyes.
I feel proud of myself for how far I have come.
I lovingly respect myself and others lovingly appreciate me.
I am surrounded by grace and positivity.
My power is on the inside.
I am strong,
Beautiful,
And confident.
I love and praise myself just the way I am.
Praise yourself and remind yourself of how far you have come as you move from the old to the new.
Slowly and calmly start to become aware of the room you're in.
Start taking some deep but easy breaths.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
