This is a meditation for those who are following their passion,
Pursuing their dreams,
For those who are needing a little bit of motivation when maybe the outside voices of motivation and inspiration and confidence begin to fade.
When you are seeking inner confidence,
Inner motivation and inspiration,
When you are going through an unforeseeable change and challenge,
When for the first time you may just want to give up or not take another step towards your dream and your goal,
This is for you.
Go ahead and find a comfortable seated position or lie on a bed or soft area and take a nice big deep breath in and sigh it out.
Cutting the day or week or month or year so far,
Go.
Breathing in to any sort of negativity or doubt or fears or frustrations.
Inhale and exhale.
Letting it in and letting any negative emotions go.
Let them seep into the earth or the seat underneath you or the bed.
Allow the tension to melt away becoming fertilizer for something new and for a different kind of energy as we will slowly work to take that negativity and evolve it and transform it into not just positivity but fuel for yourself,
For your body and for all those around you.
So just breathe.
Letting the to-do lists go.
Quieting the mind.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Noticing the quality of your breath.
Breathing in and sighing out.
And let go of all tension and resistance.
Within this space of quiet awareness.
Within this space of letting go of emotions that do not serve you.
Thoughts and storylines that may be playing over and over in your head.
Really tune on into your breath.
And we'll begin with our affirmations.
Breathing in,
I am worthy.
Exhaling it out into the world around you.
Breathing in,
I am worthy.
Sighing it out.
Breathing in,
I am worthy.
And sighing it out.
Breathing in,
I am worthy of sharing my passion and love with the world.
Inhale.
I am worthy of sharing my passion and love with the world.

Breathe that in and sigh it out because you are worthy of sharing your passions with the world.
Last affirmation.
My goals will be the stepping stones of inspiration for those to follow.

Breathe it in and sigh it out.
You are worthy.
You're worthy of sharing your passions with the world.
And yes,
Your dreams are not just selfish.
They are the inspiration,
The stepping stones for those to follow after.
You may be the first one.
Ever.
Maybe scared.
But no,
This is so much deeper than just a simple wish or dream or goal.
And now I'd like you to envision the first time the idea struck you or the desire struck you to pursue this passion of yours,
This goal,
This dream.
What was that feeling that thought?
Breathe into that feeling,
That thought,
That memory and sigh out knowing that this is your true north.
This is the only feeling you need to tune into and hold on to.
This is where you need to be.
Taking a moment to take that feeling in,
Breathe it in and sigh it out.
And now for the last part of this meditation,
I would like you to envision yourself where you would like to be in the future.
Take it in.
What are you doing?
How do you feel?
Who are the people surrounding you?
Breathe it in and sigh everything else out,
Also recognizing that this is your true north as well.
Really envision it.
If you're having trouble envisioning it,
Just state clearly in your mind where you want to be in the future with these goals,
With these passions.
And understand that just this vision,
Just that desire,
That want to live a life with passion is not ridiculous or silly or irresponsible.
Understanding it's the definition of true responsibility because this is our gift and we always must cherish it no matter where the journey,
The road leads us.
And know that between the feeling of your past that happened and the feeling of what will happen or what you will do and what you have envisioned for yourself in between is this moment right now.
And yes,
It may not be ideal,
But it's not forever.
And you may be tired,
But you can always rest and come back.
You may have doubts and fears or someone may have put that on you.
But understand that those doubts and fears are not yours,
Even if they're emitting from your heart or your mind.
Know that the only thing you wish to hold on to,
The only thing you should hold on to is the feeling that you first got when the idea struck you,
This is what I would like to do,
This is what I will do.
And the end goal vision,
Know you are exactly where you are meant to be.
You are worthy of this dream.
Just go do it.
And always return back to the feeling of where you first started and where you would like to be while you remain present.
Take a nice big deep breath in and sigh it out.
And take a moment of pause.
Slowly begin to deepen your breath.
Return back into the room,
Back into your body.
Begin to wiggle fingers and toes and move in a way that feels good for you.
And honor whatever feelings or thoughts came up within this meditation for it's all a part of your journey.
And remember to take whatever positive thoughts and feelings with you.
You can always return back to this meditation whenever you feel the need for a little bit of motivation,
Confidence,
Inspiration to just continue on.
You have a beautiful vision and a beautiful dream.
And never forget why you started and never forget where you want to end up.
