My name is Liza and this is a holiday intention setting meditation.
The holidays can be a beautiful time of connection,
Peace,
Celebration,
And firsts.
But it can also be a time for family conflict,
Stress,
Mourning,
Recovery,
And healing.
As beautiful as the holidays can be,
It's okay to admit that they can also hit hard sometimes.
It's important to recognize that the holidays are your unique experience and that you have the power to shape them in whichever way you wish.
You have the power to make the season an abundant and authentic experience for yourself and your loved ones.
You have the power to honor your unique truth and desires regardless of expectations and circumstances.
So with this meditation,
Whether you're doing it the morning of a holiday or during this whole holiday season,
Let's go ahead and start igniting your power by simply laying the foundation of this intention.
So go ahead,
Sit,
Lie on down,
Dance it out,
Whatever it is that comes to you,
But find a comfortable,
Authentic,
Grounded position for yourself.
Take a nice big,
Deep inhale into the body and sigh out.
You'll begin with box breathing to release any stress,
So inhale for 1,

And hold your breath for 1,

And then exhale,
Sigh it out,

Begin to meditate to wonder upon what a pleasurable and abundant holiday season looks like and means to you.
What do you truly want to cultivate for yourself and within yourself this holiday season?
What do you wish to embody?

Now go ahead and visualize this ideal holiday season from an authentic and truthful place.
What would be the most authentic,
What would bring you the most joy and pleasure?
Feeling in this energy and releasing it out into the world around you.
See it clearly within the mind.
Feel this energy within you vibrating from the toes to the belly button.
To the crown of your head.
Begin to repeat these affirmations to yourself or simply listen to them as you bask and breathe in all that you wish to cultivate this holiday season.
