Hey there,
My name is Lisa and welcome to your heart-centered meditation.
This meditation is meant to be a healing one that gets us re-centered and reconnected to living,
Moving,
Breathing,
And awakening from the heart.
In our modern world,
Heart health has become an important part of our everyday well-being.
Many of us have learned how stress,
Pace of life,
And emotional strain can impact the heart in deep ways.
In fact,
It is a common occurrence in Western society.
This awareness invites us not to fear,
But into care,
Into moments where we intentionally slow down,
Soften,
And reconnect with the heart's natural rhythm.
Today's meditation is an invitation to gently turn towards your inner rhythm,
To soften,
To reconnect with empathy and love beyond the physical,
Strongest muscle in our body,
The heart,
Tuning on into that everlasting,
Long,
And equally as strong symbol of care,
Compassion,
Connection,
And resilience.
So with that,
My friends,
I invite you to dive on in to your cozy,
Connected,
And grounded meditative position,
Whatever that is for you today.
And I invite you to breathe on into the body,
And exhaling out freely,
And exhale.
And last free breath here,
Inhaling and exhaling,
Taking a moment to bring awareness to your heart space.
And as you breathe,
Can you feel the chest expand and open?
As you exhale,
Can you feel softening as the heart takes in and the heart releases to the rest of the body and the mind?
And I invite you to tune on in to asking your heart this question.
What do you need today,
My friend?
What does your heart need?
And from this beautiful space of just acknowledging what the heart needs today,
I mean,
That's a meditation in and of itself.
Now,
I invite you to play with these archetypes so that we can move from heart space into our everyday life.
So,
Viewing the heart space from the archetype of the lover.
Maybe it's your own inner Romeo,
Or a compassionate deity of love.
Maybe it's the goddess Aphrodite,
Or a leader within history that you feel truly embodies love.
So,
Based on what your heart needs today,
Can you observe its truth from the place of the lover?
Embodying,
Breathing that energy in.
Sighing it into your heart's truth,
Knowing that it is okay.
Welcoming in your heart's desire as if it's your long-lost friend,
Or a child,
And exhaling.
And from this space,
We move into a desire of strength,
For the lover is beautiful but also needs a sense of structure.
So,
I invite you to come into the space of the loving warrior.
The warrior that understands what it needs to fight for,
And how challenge met with strength and courage becomes opportunity.
Taking in what your heart needs from the energy of the warrior.
Letting it know the realities and what needs to be faced with courage,
Strength,
And desire.
Letting the warrior whisper the words,
You are worthy.
This is your birthright.
Knowing you are worthy of stepping into your power and your strength,
And exhaling out.
And from the space of the lover,
And your compassion and your understanding in the warrior,
Transforming to meet life in all its realities and all its opportunities.
I invite you to look from the space of the magician.
The magician weaves the compassion of the lover and the strength of the warrior into a flow state.
Between the space of openness of the heart and strength,
There is flow.
For that is literally the physical makings of the heart as well.
And take a moment to visualize how you wish to lead yourself from the place of the heart today.
Somewhere between openness and strength.
Between self love and meeting the world.
Honoring all of your feelings,
All that you are,
And all the seeds you wish to plant and know you are worthy of cultivating.
Visualizing your day,
Your week,
Your journey ahead.
And sighing out.
And from this beautiful space,
I invite you to set an intention.
Whatever that is for yourself and for your heart.
Breathing in.
And exhaling out.
I invite you to thank yourself for all that you do and to thank your heart for all that it does.
I invite you to move and awaken from this space.
To open the eyes and take in the world from the place of the heart.
I thank you so much for joining me and I thank your beautiful heart.
I hope this meditation serves you throughout your day,
Your week,
Your journey.
And I wish you so much love.
Until next time,
My friends.
Namaste.
