Welcome to this sleep guided meditation called wonderful dreams,
Wonderful sleep.
Please fluff and squeeze your pillow before you jump into bed.
Getting ready for a wonderful dream and wonderful sleep.
Then settle into bed now.
Rest deep into your pillow and covers up to your chin,
Closing one eye,
Closing the next eye and then stretch all your toes and fingers to help them relax before we begin.
Breathe and yawn into bedtime again and relax everything.
A good dream.
Are you listening bed?
My bed rises a tiny bit as if yes.
Feel a magic connection every night that you go to your bed.
It cuddles me in blankets,
Soft pillows waiting for a dream to begin and share.
But first for fun,
Need a bedtime pet in this dream.
Remember each dream is new.
You yourself a day older too.
So please pick a pet and I shall pick a bird,
A blackbird.
Have 10 seconds to pick one tonight.
And so all are ready.
Me,
My bed,
My pet.
As the bed tiptoes out the bedroom and walks now in search of a beach.
It's a windy journey as many trees so colourful in the autumn breeze and are losing their leaves and lots and lots of leaves land on this bed,
Leaves that glow in the dark and extremely noisy,
Rustling with one another.
A few ladybirds hitch a ride as we are all as we all stay tucked inside.
Peeking over on a night walk,
Street lamps are on bright as little silver moons.
Then out pops a huge silvery moon,
A real one.
And now this bed has a silvery glow called moonshine.
So moonbathing in the bed as the journey goes one step at a time.
Listening to my bed who decides to find a beach and when we get there shall wait for a sunrise before setting sail.
Reading large signs upon the road telling which way to go.
Miles and miles so the bed suggests to have a quick sleep and shall wake us up when we get there.
But even with my eyes closed I can feel the stars are sparkling and twinkling right down to me.
And the wind sometimes smells of different things.
How do I feel if it starts to rain?
And before I could think,
A big downpour of heavy rain begins.
It isn't cold,
In fact a little warm.
Inside every rain cloud,
The droplets move around and collide with one another.
When they collide they stick together and the droplets grow larger and heavy.
Once a droplet becomes too heavy,
The air current can no longer hold it up and then it falls to the ground as a raindrop.
A single just one raindrop is made of millions of these tiny cloud droplets.
The bed heats up and then it turns into a four-poster bed and curtains on each side.
Suddenly,
Everything is warm and dry and cozy.
The walking bed turns its legs now into wheels and each mile flies by.
Listen,
A new sound fills the air.
It is the sound of the ocean,
Lots of waves upon a sandy shore.
And the sun is peeking up.
The bed floats onto the water and rearranges itself.
Sails go up and a lovely wind joins in asking,
Where can I take you?
Off to a fabulous island please,
With lots of cocoa chocolate trees.
We shall collect some fabulous cocoa beans and make some drinking chocolate.
Plus the rest in the boat and can make ice cream and chocolate making things.
Eventually,
We can see something waving back at us.
Amongst the blue waves on the sea,
A palm tree is waving in the sea breeze.
Therefore,
This must be an island.
My pet,
The little black bird is brave enough to fly ahead and investigate the palm tree.
Excitement fills the air.
The bird sings a happy tune and falls to my head,
Me and my bed onto the little island.
Eyes go left,
Eyes go right,
Looking now for a cocoa tree.
We spring out of the bed with excitement,
Hunting for a chocolate tree.
Time to wish,
For this may help.
I wish,
I wish,
For at least one cocoa tree.
The little bird leaves the way as we listen to his song.
Although low,
I feel like yawning and giving up,
Is when a cocoa tree,
Huge,
So big,
Towers over me.
I smile at you,
And then I curtsy too,
And then I bow,
For you are amazing.
And then a big cocoa bean falls down at my feet.
And so with both hands,
I skip all the way back to my bed.
Jumping back into bed,
And announces we are ready to go.
The little bird takes a rest on the pillow.
The water right back is pretty,
For the sea is calming and so blue.
A big whale and her baby peeks up and sings a little song.
It is the most wonderful blue whale,
The most largest animal on earth.
Known for their long migrations,
Unique songs,
Remembering whales are sociable animals,
And live in family groups.
Many can communicate with each other over great distances,
Thanks to the sound that travels in the water,
The sea.
Skybirds sing in the air,
Then we decide to sing ourselves.
And we also decide to backtrack our steps,
Knowing we would end right back home again.
So time flies when you're having fun,
And remembering to creep up the stairs again,
And settle in the bedroom,
And put that big cocoa bean at the bottom of my bed,
Close to my feet,
Then the bed rocks me gently to sleep.
As I relax all my muscles to sleep.
The pet bird snuggles in next to my pillow,
And also joins in to rest and sleep,
And dream a little more if you please.
