Welcome to this guided meditation called The Physical Body Soothing Away Stress.
Let's begin with a short intro before the main meditation.
So seeing the bigger picture,
How we treat it daily,
The body,
And see how we all have habits,
Routines,
Little obstacles to overcome to keep it running,
Our water intake and food preferences.
The aim of this soothing meditation to our personal body is to enhance it and clear up stored stress.
So stress shows up in the body through many physical symptoms such as headaches,
Muscle tension and fatigue as it triggers the flight or fight response,
The release of hormones like adrenaline and cortisol.
These physical changes can also include digestive issues,
Sleep problems and an increased heart rate plus chronic stress of high blood pressure,
A weakened immune system and even skin issues.
So let's begin now this meditation.
Ready to soothe away all that stored stress.
So let's begin with a short intro before the main meditation.
Laying down fully if you can.
And closing your eyes,
Thank you.
And take a nice long breath into time.
Because in a sense we're going to update the time clock of the body.
Thus letting go of old energy that is still stored,
Stress,
Stress energy sitting in that body.
Breathing into time because it's time for an update on what's happening now and not any past events.
Whether they are stored in the body on a physical,
Emotional or mental level.
Nevertheless,
It's time for them to leave and free my body once again.
For I wish my body well.
Remember as you always serve me,
I bring in that balance now and serve you.
Let the room you are in turn into the color white.
Really super cleansing your white space.
Every wall,
The ceiling and floor white.
Please take a nice long breath in of energy white and rest 10 seconds now.
Please focus on your crown.
Where your conscious mind sits at the front of you.
Then your subconscious sits at the back.
Like a big computer that you're going to command it's time to delete and free that body to flow well again by deleting.
Deleting old stress stories.
That are out of date.
All those old troubles,
Drama,
Old annoying situations or people.
So my conscious mind works in the present.
After all,
Every day is a new day.
But the subconscious mind is a bit like this amazing computer.
Therefore,
It can remove stored stress.
Particularly those old protection programs installed for survival.
The same time of a minor trauma or a disappointment that happened.
Time is a great healer.
Therefore,
All old programs still running are no longer protecting my well-being.
Creating unwanted anxiety,
Fatigue,
OCD and so on.
Time to delete them all.
Free my body up from this waste of energy and controlling me.
Time to simply defrag,
Deleting and updating.
And all my systems to run smoother.
It's natural to go to the root cause.
Of when the subconscious mind installed them all.
All those little annoying things.
Whatever and how many little traumas or drama or bad reactions.
That placed each with a protective program.
That turned this body into a constant flight or fight mode.
Take a nice long breath in.
So I command that they be totally deleted from within.
It's healthy to clean it all away now.
As the subconscious mind finds them plus any remaining pain issues.
Any last bit of old tension and old inflammation as well.
And start dropping it from the body all the way down to the feet and toes.
Drop it back into the ground.
So that my body can breathe well again.
The organs to feel their full strength.
For every muscle to feel better.
Repairing it all.
Renewing the flow of blood cells.
Which all create good posture.
Ready to stand tall again in life.
So as I rest now deeply two minutes.
Go deeply into relax.
And let my subconscious mind finish off tidying up inside.
Defrag,
Delete all those old protection programs linked to the past and old pain issues.
As I breathe into white light two minutes now.
Breathe into comfort and strength.
So that my body can breathe well again.
The organs to feel their strength again.
Every muscle feeling better.
Repairing it all.
Renewing the flow of blood cells.
Which again creates good posture.
Ready to stand tall again in life.
Remembering the world is beautiful.
The universe holds many amazing planets and stars.
But our earth is still such a beautiful place.
Of creation.
And you are the explorer,
The creator too.
Forward with maintaining my body now.
Remembering a good chakra cleanse can lift my spirit.
A good aura smoothing can brighten my look on all I physically do.
Connecting to my wonderful body.
This body that likes to express joy.
To be truly pampered.
Wrap itself with another in love.
And the love of cuddling our pets.
The body of adrenaline high sport seeking.
Soaking up all the sun rays on my skin.
Dancing and immersed in wonderful,
Wonderful music.
Forest bathing the explorer me.
And the necessity of a good daily stretch.
Flow that energy inside.
Feel those crystals next to my skin.
Resonate to a sound bath.
And earth's medicine.
The happy me.
The healthy me.
The fun me.

Breathing in to the positive me.
