Let's begin.
Please get seated or lay down if you wish.
Closing your eyes,
Thank you.
Please empty the mind 10 seconds now.
Still the breath hold for 7 seconds,
Thank you.
Still the breath long and smooth.
Let the eyes inside go up and down.
Up and down.
Let the eyes inside go side to side.
Side to side.
Let the eyes inside go round.
Then relax the eyes and now sky stars tonic.
Imagine you are looking up to the stars.
They always look so bright,
So tiny,
As if you could in a way collect them.
Let's do this.
Collect them and celebrate the stars and put them into your heart.
I invite you to focus on one star.
See its bright spark of light in the deep blue sky.
As your eyes lovingly connect and breathe in,
As if carrying this image into your heart.
And when you are ready,
Leave out this star.
Look again,
Focus now on the brightest star in this deep blue sky.
As your eyes lovingly connect,
Breathe in,
As if carrying this image into your heart.
And when you are ready,
Breathe out star light.
Look up again and find 5 stars close together in this deep blue sky.
Breathe all 5 stars lovingly into your heart.
Let them rest there.
As you breathe out star light.
Look up again,
Take in all these stars.
As you stretch your vision to the left and right and up.
And breathe lovingly a full breath of all these bright stars.
Let them rest inside your heart.
And when you are ready,
Breathe out star light.
Now to experience a meteor shower of falling stars.
To watch them in all their glory shine so fine in the deep blue sky.
Breathe deep with the excitement of shooting stars.
And to land onto your heart chakra.
Breathe lovingly out star light glorious stars.
Start to notice the brightness your heart is right now.
And just now you will experience being a star too.
As you smile and breathe deep with your bright heart as it lifts all of you into the sky of stars.
See a heart shaped star that is you.
Fall in love with this sparkly thing that is yours.
It's amazing to shine like the stars themselves.
Sealing this light of protection on your heart.
We know we see stars all through life.
We love them and you are that special heart star bright.
Now something amazing happens.
Your star heart wishes to connect to the sky of stars by beaming a bright divine connection.
Suddenly all stars are joined in one beautiful silver light connection.
This vision is so special.
Now gracefully the sky breathes new life into you.
The flow of the universe is lovingly connecting.
A wonderful floating of lightness yet strength.
Now your eyes refocus to bring all this star magic down to earth.
Stepping through the air,
Walking through the air.
Gracefully star walking down from the starlit sky.
And return to this life giving planet Mother Earth.
And ready to shine your light.
See Mother Earth as abundant when you hold it in your heart.
It shelters you,
It feeds you,
It quenches you.
And life's adventure being the bright happy you.
