Welcome to this guided meditation called The Aura with You in It. Let's begin. Please get comfortable, Seated or lay down if you wish. Closing the eyes, Thank you. Let's connect to the breath first by holding it still for 7 seconds now. Now feel the breath long and smooth. Take a breath of instant whiteness. Breathe the comfort of sheer white. Exhale the comfort of white air. Let's expand that meditated mind. Focusing now on looking after your own aura with you in it. Anyone can learn to look after their aura. Looking after your aura energy is really about empowering yourself. So let's begin with grounding. Grounding is all about having roots, Having that solid foundation, Standing in your power, Being aware you are right here on earth. I would like to introduce a wonderful pink blossom tree. So please imagine the biggest blossom tree you can. Make it very tall with a crown of pink blossom that really only the birds will truly, Visually enjoy. Give it a strong super thick trunk and the odour the better. And picture just one single pink blossom flower tiny as can be, Touching your finger. A pink petal of an accurate heart shape. Pink is also the colour of your higher heart. Then simply let thousands of blossom flowers fill this tree up to the brim on all those flexible branches. And in a sense it now has an aura pink glow of energy too. Think now how supported this tree is by earth. Simply because beneath the ground of this tree is many lovely long roots. Feel this blossom tree you have pictured belongs personally to you. For it is showing you how strong and radiant it is and you can be. And that's what your aura would like to fully become. Now I want you to believe in this blossom tree and learn from it. For it is very good at being, Being a blossom tree. And it's reminding you of your energy aura too. So let's begin on your aura that is really all about you. So it's time to look deeply into your life. Now I must ask you to be really willing to help yourself and to put an end to giving your power away. To stop being drained by others and stand in your power. Lovely and daily clean clothes and your immediate environment. So learning to pay attention to your energy field.
