Welcome to this guided meditation called Rejuvenate My Mind and My Body.

Let's begin.

Please get comfortable laying down or seated.

Wrap yourself in comfort.

Allowing ourselves to meditate offers the rewards of keeping a biological 10 years younger.

This is very much for the physical body as well as the mind.

The body performs so much for us and so does the mind.

Here is a gateway to totally recharge them both.

A journey to stillness,

To peace.

Now please move,

Move your eyes up.

Feel a stretch as the eyes look up high.

Then lower,

Lower the eyes onto yourself.

And finally look straight ahead.

Please close the right eye and close the left eye.

Connect to your breath where it is right now.

We will be doing some breath exercises very soon.

But for now let the right hand slowly come to rest on your forehead with the word stop.

Stop thinking.

Enter some peace now.

Quiet and serene.

Let's get ready to flow the breath with some exercises to make you feel at peace and recharge yourself.

Let's exhale the next breath at the count of 4 with an open mouth and dropping the tongue fully outwards like a panting dog.

Here we go.

Fully exhale with an open mouth and drop the tongue out of the mouth like a panting dog.

And once more at the count of 4.

Fully exhale with an open mouth and drop the tongue out like a panting dog.

Please close the mouth and focus on the nose.

Now let's breathe with the nasal pathways separately at the count of 4 by simply resting the right hand now over the right side of the nose to encourage the air to go only through the other left nasal.

So 1,

4.

Breathe now into the left side of the nose only.

Simply follow the air going in and out the left nasal.

Take your time.

Create some nice long air movement.

Create some nice long air movement through the left nasal.

Just follow in peace with this.

Let's move the right hand.

And to fully rest beside you.

And the left hand to the left side of the nose resting onto it to encourage the air to flow through the right nasal pathways at the count of 4.

Follow the air going in and out the right side of the nose and create some nice steady long air movement.

Just follow in peace with this.

Let's now rest both hands.

Follow peacefully the air in the nose and out the mouth.

Continue at peace with yourself long and slow through the nose and slowly through the mouth.

Follow peacefully.

And at the count of 5 we will close the mouth and breathe just through the nose naturally.

Slowly breathing through the nose only.

Breathing in and out nice and long.

Breathing through the nose only.

Create a gentle very gentle smile.

Let the body very gently,

Really gently rise a tiny bit with your breathing.

Let's continue and continue to enter.

Sheer lightness as light as air.

Make a delicate white flower in a gentle gentle breeze.

Feel a flow of movement,

Very gentle.

Being a part of all that is.

Being at one with all.

Let's stay here for a moment of utter peace.

Connect,

Connect to that white flower and feel all your white petals are open perfectly.

Connect to peace.

Connect to peace.

The beauty of tranquility.

Feel a gentle movement within all of you.

In flow with yourself.

Connect peace with yourself.

Feel a rise in absolute oneness.

Stay here as one.

Let the body very gently rise a tiny bit with your breathing.

Breathe in this calm,

Serene energy.

Feeling recharged and rejuvenated.

Let's awake to the count of 10.

Ready to open your eyes.

Eyes opening.

Eyes fully open.

Please focus on your feet.

Focus on your feet and begin to move your toes.

Stretch the feet.

To the word grounded.
