See, You just had an adventure inside of you. Yes, Inside of me there are swings and roundabouts and seesaws. I see that now. Yes, And there's always your breath. No matter what is happening inside or around you, You can use your breath to find the inside playground anytime. No matter where you are, Who you are with, How you are feeling or what is happening around you, And you are always safe there, No matter what.
