Begin now by adopting your favourite meditating pose and link into your breathing.

Become aware of the movement of your body as you breathe in and out.

Become aware of how each breath takes you deeper and deeper down,

Deeper and deeper down.

Begin with an intention now,

That with each in-breath,

You're breathing in emotional calm,

And with each out-breath,

You let go of any emotions that no longer help you.

That's it.

That's it.

Breathing in calming energy and breathing out any negativity.

And you can allow the following affirmations to work through your energy,

To become real and true in an appropriate way for you.

The perfect way,

In line with your highest and greatest good,

So that you may take them on board as new powerful beliefs and wonderful better ways of working and living.

For right now,

Look to your emotional health,

To how you think,

How you feel,

And how healthy your inner world is.

Often,

We can be very negative,

And even feel a little down if the negatives are left unchallenged.

They can run away from us and create inner turmoil.

You are now going to fill up on positive affirmations.

You may silently affirm.

I matter.

I am enough.

I trust myself.

I trust in myself.

I am kind to myself.

I take a gentle approach to myself,

To others,

And to life.

I treat myself with the respect that I deserve.

I know that I deserve to be treated with respect.

I act in a calm and centered way.

I love myself.

I love myself.

That's right,

I love myself.

I choose joy.

I choose joyful situations.

My cup is overflowing.

I have the amazing capacity to choose the right friendships.

I choose friendships that are worthy of me,

Of my time,

And my incredible energy.

I trust that I am enough.

I trust that I make friends easily.

I trust that I am enough.

I am able to let go of the past.

The past has no hold over me.

I can easily release past hurts.

I allow them to flow out of my energy,

Out of my mind,

My body,

And my life.

I am worthy of the best that life has to offer.

I move forward with love.

I move forward with a wonderful,

Healthy,

New outlook on life.

I can let go of the past and forgive everyone involved.

I can let go because I learn from my mistakes.

I can let go because everyone learns.

We all make choices and not all of them are healthy.

That's part of life.

We grow and change.

It's time for me to let go,

To dump that which is no longer needed.

I can let go because I'm not perfect.

I am an energetic being who is having a human experience.

I am not a human being having an energetic experience.

I can let go because I'm trying to be the very best version of myself possible.

I can do anything that I set my mind to.

I am truly extraordinary.

I am loved and I love deeply.

Each day I do the best I can with what I have and who I am.

Each day I do the best I can with what I have and who I am.

That's right,

I do the best that I can each day.

I like who I am.

I really like who I am.

I like who I am.

I love who I am.

And I know that I can change at any time.

I have the power to be who I want to be.

I have that power.

I know that I can't go back to the start and make a new beginning.

But I can start from now and make a new end.

I know that only I can create that new end.

I have the power to be anything I want to be.

My mind is the only thing that limits me.

I deserve the life that I envisage for myself.

I deserve that life.

You can allow these wonderful affirmations to filter through your body and your energy at any time throughout the day.

And in a moment,

I'm going to count from one to five.

And at five,

You'll be wide,

Wide awake,

Refreshed,

Alert,

Completely back in the room,
