Settle yourself into a position now where your body can be supported and at ease.

Gently allow your eyes to close and take in a long slow breath.

Allow that breath to expand your chest and your belly and then exhale through your mouth.

Releasing any heaviness that you might be carrying.

Breathe like this for a few moments so that you can steady and calm your energy until you begin to feel yourself softening into the present moment.

Let your body relax deeply into the support beneath you.

Unclench,

Unwind and allow your body to be fully here.

Now bring your awareness to the energy that you might be carrying with you today.

Sometimes we notice that we feel heavy or restless and it isn't always because of our own emotions.

We absorb energy from the places that we go,

From the people we meet and even from the collective atmosphere around us.

Some of it settles lightly and some of it clings like dust and over time these layers build up clouding our clarity and weighing down our beautiful spirit.

This meditation is your chance to release that which does not belong to you and to cleanse your field so that you can return to your natural state of lightness.

So once again take a deep inhale and as you exhale imagine pushing out any stagnant or heavy energy from your energy field.

With each breath you're making more space for yourself.

A deep inhalation now,

Filling your body with fresh vitality.

A loud exhale releasing that which is not yours.

Keep this rhythm,

Each cycle a cleansing tide that washes through you and over you.

Now visualize a gentle light above your head,

Pure and clear.

With every inhale imagine this light streaming down into you,

Entering through the crown of your head.

It pours through your mind,

Dissolving worries or echoes of other people's voices.

It moves down through your throat,

Clearing away any words or emotions that you may have taken on.

Any speech that's been unable to be released.

Any blockages in the voice box that have been stopping you from speaking your truth.

Allow it to flow into your chest,

Softening your heart,

Releasing burdens that were never truly yours to hold or carry.

As this light continues downward,

It washes through your abdomen,

Releasing knots of tension or energy that feels stuck.

It flows into your legs and feet,

Clearing any heaviness that you may have absorbed from the world around you.

Imagine this light reaching all the way through your body and then moving out through the soles of your feet,

Carrying any residue down into the earth.

The earth is beautifully vast and steady,

Able to compost and transform this energy that's being released with ease.

Take a few breaths as this process continues,

Seeing the light pour steadily through you like a cleansing waterfall.

Each time it flows through,

Each time it flows through you,

More of what does not belong to you is rinsed away.

Your field becomes brighter,

Clearer and lighter.

Bring your awareness now to the space around your body,

Your energetic field.

Imagine the same light flowing outward,

Sweeping through this field like a soft breeze.

See it lifting away any residue left by contact with others,

Any impressions or emotional debris that's lingered.

With every breath,

Your field becomes smoother and brighter,

Like a clear sky after the clouds have passed.

Pause here and notice how your body feels as this release takes place.

There may be a sense of relief,

Of space opening up inside of you.

You may feel lighter in your chest,

Clearer in your mind,

Or simply more like yourself.

Trust whatever you sense,

Even if it's subtle.

Now imagine that as the light clears your field,

It also leaves behind a protective glow.

This glow is soft but steady,

Sealing your energy so that you can move forward without easily taking off.

Taking on that which is not yours.

Rest in this glow for a while,

Breathing calmly,

Allowing your whole being to absorb the feeling of clarity.

Cleansing is not only about release,

It's also about remembering.

Each time you shed that which is not yours,

You remember more of who you truly are.

Your natural state is clarity,

And clarity is what shines through once the residue has been cleared away.

Imagine now that the cleansing light leaves behind a soft glow around you.

This glow acts like a natural filter.

It does not stop you from connecting with others,

But it helps you remain clear.

You can feel compassion without absorbing pain,

Listen without taking on burdens,

And share space without losing yourself.

Silently affirm to yourself now,

I release what is not mine.

I cleanse my energy of all residue.

I am clear,

I am light,

I am sovereign in my own field.

Repeat these words slowly,

Let them echo in your mind and ripple through your body.

Each repetition strengthens the renewal taking place.

And as you rest here,

Reflect on how often you carry what is not yours.

Notice how freeing it is just to let it all go.

Cleansing is not a luxury,

But a form of energetic hygiene.

Just like washing your body or tending to your home,

Each time you release the energies that are not yours,

You make more space for your own clarity,

Creativity and joy.

Take a few more breaths now,

Deeply and steadily,

Enjoying the sensation of spaciousness within you.

Your energy is clear,

Your field is light,

You are more yourself than before.

And when you're ready to return,

Bring your awareness back to the surface beneath you.

Feel your feet,

Your hands and the steady rhythm of your breath.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes and take one last deep inhalation,

Filling your lungs with light.

And then exhale slowly,

Releasing any final traces of heaviness.

And when it feels right,

Softly open your eyes,

Take a moment before moving,

Carrying with you the clarity and lightness that you have now reclaimed.

You are clear,

You are renewed,

And your energy is your own.
